DAY 7/5 Affirmations: 

My mind remains calm and quiet throughout the trance state. My consciousness successfully balances between sleeping and waking reality. I ignore astral noises and other tactile distractions. I recognize that these sensations are merely signs that I am closer to my goal of exploring the out-of-body state.



In the morning and throughout the day, I recover memories from my nightly astral projections. I use key questions to provoke OBE memories. I attract people and situations that trigger memory fragments to surface.

Feather: Imagine that you are a feather and are gently floating down from a great height. Feel yourself gently falling, re-creating a falling sensation in your body awareness every time you breathe out. Feel yourself holding position and floating in midair as you breath in. Feel the atmosphere around you, imagine stands of textured clouds moving upward as you fall gently through them. Continue this, feeling yourself floating gently downward and falling deeper and deeper into the trance stae with your every fallinf breath. In and Out can be reversed to wathever feels most natural.
