General Membership Meeting River Parish Region Mrs. Kristie Hymel, Assistant Administrator of Ochsner River Parish, has accepted our invitation to attend our General Membership Meeting. Mrs. Hymel will give us an overview of what plans Ochsner has for the River Parishes. We will meet at 12 noon in the Medical Office Building, 3rd floor Conference Room. Lunch will be served. We will also outline our plans for the rest of the year. Please RSVP

General Membership Meeting Kenner Region Nurse Practitioner, Lauren Barclay, from the Department of Dermotology will be our guest speaker Our General Membership Meeting to be held in the Medical Office Building 7th Floor Board Room. At 12 noon. Lunch will be served. Please RSVP
July 15, 2016 (Friday) Tujaques Restaurant Lunch at Tujaques Restaurant, which was established in 1856. We will have lunch and then have an opportunity to sightsee and browse the French Ouarter. We will have coffee at Morning Call in City Park for 3:00 p.m. and then head home. The Ochsner Bus will pick up first from Ochsner River Parish at 10:00 a.m., then Ochsner Kenner for 10:30 a.m. We should arrive at Tujaques by 11 a.m. We will head home and arrive 1St at Ochsner Kenner for 4:00 p.m. and Ochsner River Parish for 4:30 p.m.

Our luncheon reservation is scheduled at the Dinner Bell Restaraunt for 1:00 p.m. The cost is $27.00 for Hotard Bus transportation. Bus fee will be collected prior to the trip and $18.94 which includes lunch, tax, and gratuity,pay on your own. We will depart from Ochsner Kenner at 9:30 a.m. to Ochsner River Parish at 10:00 a.m. Arrive at the Dinner Bell at 12:30 p.m. After lunch we will depart for home at 3:00 p.m. Please see the attached flyer for additional information. Cruise will be for 4 days to Cozumel. **A dedicated telephone line has been set up with Ochsner Scheduling Department for GO members to schedule medical appointments without any delays. The number is: (504) 842-6538 For Kenner and River Parish. **When a fee is involved, it must be received within 5 days of making the reservation to confirm your seat. If not received, your seat will be filled by another member. Please check availability with the GO office before mailing a check. All trips are non-refundable. Every attempt will be made to sell your seat to someone on the waiting list if you need to cancel. YOU ARE NOT SCHEDULED FOR THE EVENT UNTIL THE CHECK IS RECEIVED.
