You may register either of two ways: (1) Click here to register online in the Member Portal. Online registration requires a login. Your login is your email address and your password. If you do not have an existing login, please click on "sign up for an individual account" and a login will be created for you. Once you are logged in, go to Events and then select 2012 Annual Meeting & Conference to proceed to the registration form. (2) Click here to download the hard copy of the registration form and mail the form with a check to the Society's Philadelphia office.
