The Emotional Impact of MS on the Family plus: Facing Cognitive challenges of MS and Exercise and movement at any level to improve strength and flexibility

Guest Speakers: Julie Hoida Bobholz PHD, Neuropsychology - BayCare Clinic To Discuss: - The Emotional Impact of MS on the family. Discussion includes communication within the family. Reducing the psychological stresses on how the family can understand the needs of the patient and vice-versa. Plus, discussion on Cognitive issues with MS. Therapeutic and complementary treatment options.

And Jeff Segal, NSCA-CPT, CSCS, CPTS, CPR/AED MS Exercise Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer To Discuss: An inspiring talk focusing on living well with MS and what you can do today to improve strength, movement and flexibility, using proper fitness and nutrition to help your body be better for you.
