CURRENT JOB STATUS Working as a Engineer (Design, New product Development and Process Engineering) in Jaypee Hi-Tech Casting Centre, Rewa (Unit of Jaiprakash Cement Corporation Limited) since Sep 2011.

A Brief Organizational Experience Since sep 2011 to till now: Jaypee Hi-tech casting Centre (A unit of Unit of Jaiprakash Cement Corporation Limited), as Engineer Design , pattern shop and new product development team. From 2000 to 2011 As a Site In charge : Koshala Engineers ( A Large Scale Engineering Company )Rourkela. Design and Development: •
Check and Supervise the Team for all Design Activities in Design Dep.
•
Check all CMD ( Casting Manufacture Drawing ) and PMD ( Pattern Manufacture Drawing)
•
Time and method study for manufacturing of pattern and die in pattern shop.
•
Development of 3-D model of pattern with assembly of Gating System of match plate pattern as well as hand moulding pattern.
•
CNC programming of 3-axis Flexicam CNC Machine using CAM (POWERMILL) software.
•
Manufacturing of patterns for flask less moulding line(Disamatic) and fast loop moulding (IMF)line.
•
Developing of design of jigs and fixture for assembly. PTO.
•
Designing (using Solid works, Auto – CAD) of pattern for cement plant machinery part involving new mill design, checking of assembly of casting and equipment.
•
Calculation of gating and feeder system for new product development.
•
Simulation (Using Magma soft) of calculated gating and feeder system of alloy steel castings of heavy machinery equipment like Vertical Roller Mill castings, Conical segmented job , kiln & cooler castings , mining castings and other wear, abrasive and heat resistance castings.
Process planning and cost estimation •
Capacity calculation, manpower calculation, calculates work content for new products.

Estimate all Enquiries.
•
Time and motion study for productivity improvement.
•
To offload patterns at outside-vendor with proper PMD (Pattern Manufacturing Drawing).
•
Estimate the cost of pattern and die.
•
New Vendor Development and their assessment.
Achievements: •
Design and Development various Parts of Cement Plants and Power Plants
•
Development of casting of range 0.5 kg to 20 MT.
•
Currently develop a pattern of Rocker Arm Assembly (19.8 MT black weight) of VRM saving the cost of almost 70 lac of company.
•
Team leader of internal audit team of IMS(ISO 9001-2008, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001)
•
Leading role in achieving the IMS (Integrated management System) for company.
Our project part considered the machinery erection and commissioning of the main machinery are as follows: •
Monitored and involve in the Project execution of new Green field captive foundry all the relevant shop as Mould shop and Heat treatment unit.
•
IMF line fully automated No-bake molding Process having mechanical Reclamation.
•
Disamatic Molding line for Green sand molding.
•
Heat treatment Furnaces like Boogie furnace, Pusher furnace and Chamber furnace for Annealing and other Stress relieving process. PTO.
•
Different type of Induction furnace having capacity varying from 1 ton,3ton ,4ton ,5 ton all are two in number and 1 holding furnace of 20 ton.

Was involved for the execution of this project and above mentioned machinery erection commissioning. We are manufacture here Heavy Machinery (Engineering) equipment for own, component like Grinding Media ball, wear resistant castings, Manganese steel castings and HRCS casting used in cement plant.
