How to Setup Online Access via Self-Registration 1) Go to our website at csionline.credential.com 2) Click Self-Registration button

Enter your email, First and Last Names, and click Next button
4) Retrieve Confirmation Code that was emailed to you (do not close this window when checking your email) and enter in Token box. Enter a new password and again to verify password (*please note the required characters for passwords) and press the Next button.
5) Read and accept Client Internet Access Agreement 6) Enter Account Number (no dashes), Enter the missing three digits of the SIN Number (please note: these may be in a different order than shown in the example below) Enter Date of Birth either by using the calendar button or manually entering using the following format: yyyy-mm-dd (eg: 1970-07-04 = July 4, 1970) Enter Statement PIN# (thirteen digit number located in bottom left corner of your Statement) (if you have not yet received a printed statement of your account please contact Client and Partner Care @ 1.855.714.3800 or 604.714.3801 for your Statement PIN#) If this is a Corporate Account click Corporate Account If this is an Individual or Joint Account click Submit button
The online access self-registration is now completed and you can log on @ csionline.credential.com by entering your email and password.
How to Setup to receive Paperless Statements To sign up for online statements log on to your account through your online access at csionline.credential.com Click the eServices tab at the top of the screen.
Click the Manage Subscriptions
Choose the Subscribe button under Action on the right side for each account you want to receive paperless statements for.
Enter the PIN # for each account you are subscribing for. The Sign Up Date will be populated with todays date. The process will take an entire month to cycle through before the first statements are available online. For example if you sign up for estatement on August 25, 2014 then your first statement available online will be your September 2014 statement that will be available approximately the 10th day of October 2014.
