Heartsaver/AED
Heartsaver AED covers the basic techniques of CPR, AED and Foreign Body Obstruction Management. This course is ideal for lay responders with a duty to respond, such as airline personnel, security guards, day care center personnel and teachers. •
First Aid
This course teaches students critical skills and knowledge needed to respond to and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives. Content includes how to help a victim with bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies. All courses are certified by the American Heart Association and taught by the Foley Fire Department. Upon successful completion of the course, you will be given an AHA card that certifies your training for the next two years! These courses are offered free of charge.
