Thank you for your inquiry to the Hanover Practical Nursing Program. An application is available for download and printing from this website. To assist you with the admissions process: 1. Complete the application and return with a $35.00 non-refundable application fee. Please make a check or money order payable to the Hanover Practical Nursing Program. 2. Request that an official transcript of your high school grades be forwarded to us. If you have a G.E.D, please provide a copy of the diploma and scores in addition to your high school transcript. 3. In addition, please have any other educational transcripts forwarded to the program. This includes college and/or technical school transcripts. 4. You will be scheduled and notified of the next entrance exam. All applicants must score in the 50th percentile or higher to be considered for the Hanover Practical Nursing Program. 5. When your file is complete, you may be selected for a personal interview. It is your responsibility to provide us with all necessary information prior to the interview. Acceptance into the program is based on educational transcripts, entrance test results, and personal interview. Following interview, all applicants will be notified by letter of acceptance status.
