Student Learning Outcomes COSER 029 WORKING WITH DIVERSE POPULATIONS
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
1 Analyze racial, ethnic, and other minority population (disability, sexual, etc.) relations in American society. 2 Identify and discuss the factors leading to outgroup status and differences in treatment of various groups in the United States. 3 Analyze and show how government policy shapes and reinforces personal behavior as well as society's treatment of different groups.
