US. Bancorp does not have a parent corporation, and 10% or more of its stock is
not owned by a publicly held corporation.
No other company affiliated with U.S. Bancorp is a
publicly traded corporation. 2.
US. Bank National Association is a national banking association, and it is wholly
owned by US. Bancorp.
