Student Learning Outcomes COMM 020 INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
1 Use active listening to recall information stated by another. 2 Identify conflict and use tools and strategies to negotiate a compromise. 3 Analyze barriers to effective interpersonal communication and choose appropriate strategies to resolve these issues.
4 Create and deliver a speech with a clear, audible voice to a group of up to 40 individuals.
