Chief Financial Officer Outpatient Medical Center, Inc. (OMC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides comprehensive primary healthcare to citizens in three parishes (Natchitoches, Madison & Vernon) located in North Louisiana. OMC is seeking to hire a hands‐on Chief Financial Officer to direct Financial/Operational Planning, Financial Reporting and Informational Management functions of the Health Center. The successful candidate should have an extensive knowledge of accounting, financial policies and procedures, and budget development. The successful candidate MUST be proficient in computer based management applications. Qualifications include: a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting , Finance or Business Administration. OMC is willing to hire a graduating senior who is willing to work hard to learn what is necessary to be a CFO in the FQHC world. This first year will require extensive travel across the country to various seminars and conferences as well as webinars to become proficient in the reporting, planning, and understanding of the various requirements in the FQHC world. Finally, a hands on consultant will be on hand to help the new hire understand the requirements of the job and monitor/ hold their hand until they feel proficient on the job.
