Presentation of and discussion of comments from the Department of Housing and Urban Development on the City of Marshall’s 2011 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) and subsequent action by the City of Marshall. 3. Public hearing regarding 2013-2014 Community Development Block Grant program. 4. Discussion of and action on recommendation to the City Commission regarding proposed expenditures for 2013-2014 Community Development Block Grant. 5. Adjournment.
