BI-CTC 437 Campus Renovations Project Highlights
Re-roof campus 5/31/16—8/24/16
Install temporary wall first floor. The second floor is now completed.
Re-route existing electrical, HVAC and fire suppression through the gym and Fresh Water Commons
Demo of existing stairwell to begin on 6/4/16
The hallway by Fresh Water Commons will be closed on Thursday, May 26 to complete the piping connections.
There will be several power panel shut downs on 5/25 and 5/26 between 5am—7am. Only panels ELP-2B1, ELP-L1 and HVAC-1 TX will be shut down.
BI-CTC 488 New Manufacturing Technology Center Project Highlights
Excavate Football Field/Track
Install primary power on the west side of the main building. This will involve installing conduit under the back parking lot
Install temporary power to site trailers
Create temporary parking area on the north side of the property. (next to Five Guys)
Remove site lighting
Remove excess site materials from the property 1
