Services Agreement (the "Agreement") dated September 24,2007 by and between Regus Management Group, LLC and Medical Supply Line for Virtual Office Services at Crown Center, 2300 Main Street, Suite 900, Kansas City, MO.
Dear Sam: By letter dated June 8, 2009, we provided you with written notification describing your default and the period in which you had to cure such default. As of the date of this letter, you have failed to remedy this default. Accordingly, the Agreement is terminated as of the date of this letter. In addition, this matter will immediately be turned over to collection, and you will be responsible for the costs of collection, including attorneys' fees and court costs. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal and equitable remedies, including litigation against you and others responsible for payment of amounts owed under the Agreement.
