David J. Borkon Associate David J. Borkon is a corporate attorney with experience in a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing and other transactions. Mr. Borkon represents individuals, private equity firms and corporate and non-corporate entities in structure, formation and capital investment matters. He also advises buyers and sellers in mergers, asset and stock purchases and other transactions. With regard to finance matters, Mr. Borkon counsels borrowers in asset-based, cash-flow and real estate loan transactions involving secured and mezzanine debt.
