Our neighbors leave their garbage outside and they don’t throw away their waste. Another thing, no one ever turns off the lights when they leave the common areas and it’s a terrible waste of energy. On top of this, the neighbors from 14A always leave their music on and they never turn down the volume; something has to be done. Would you mind doing something about these things?
