FEMA, THE UN, AND NATO IN GLOBAL GOVERNMENT As we discussed in previous chapters, the government’s ability to use technology to monitor every aspect of your life and mine—our financial transactions, purchases, medical treatments and diagnoses, travel, Internet searches, and more—far outweighs our ability to protect our privacy. Despite growing public concern over this loss of privacy, the governments of the United States and Canada have failed to protect citizens from government intrusion. If any branch of government, any intelligence agency, or any arm of law enforcement wants to monitor your private life and personal activities, they are free to do so. The same is true of a curious neighbor who has time on his hands and enough knowledge of where to look on the Internet to get details of your private life. As we lose the few remaining shreds of our privacy, the government continues to create agencies and departments that intrude into our lives. A recent expansion of the shadow government that runs much of what goes on in the United States is the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This agency potentially possesses more power during an emergency than the president or the Congress. FEMA was created to assure the political and physical survival of the federal government in the case of overwhelming natural disasters—including earthquakes, floods, and hurricanes—and attacks involving nuclear, biological, or chemical weapons.
Through FEMA, the shadow government can suspend laws and our constitutional rights by ordering the displacement of entire populations of citizens for reasons of national security. FEMA can authorize the establishment of citizen detention camps, where anyone accused of certain crimes can be held without trial for the duration of a national crisis. FEMA can also arrest and hold prisoner any suspicious citizens without an arrest warrant. Suspicious citizens can be held secretly without trial, in violation of their constitutional right to due process and the right to a fair and timely trial. The shadow government can seize any property and can take control of food supplies and transportation systems. It can order the suspension of the Constitution by citing sufficient threats to national security, and the president has the power to declare a national emergency at any time. When that determination is announced, FEMA exercises enormous power. While the military and the Central Intelligence Agency are subject to congressional oversight, FEMA is accountable only to the president. The result is that FEMA is the most powerful government agency in the country. FEMA was created in 1979 through Executive Order no. 12148, issued by President Jimmy Carter. The agency is designed to cooperate with the Department of Defense for future civil defense planning and coordinated efforts during national emergencies. The president has the power to suspend the Constitution in a national crisis and to turn over the reins of government to FEMA. The president can then appoint military commanders to control all state and local governments.

666 SINGULARITY PART 6 – FINALITY OF THE MARK Most Americans do not realize that martial law can be declared during any period of increased tension overseas or domestic economic problems, including civil unrest or an economic depression. These potentially dictatorial executive powers increased massively with the passage of the 1991 and 1994 crime bills, which increased the president’s power to suspend the rights guaranteed under the Constitution. These laws also authorize the government to seize the property of those suspected of being drug dealers as well as individuals who exercise their democratic and constitutional rights to protest and demonstrate against the government. FEMA has been enlarged through a series of executive orders signed by every successive president. While the Constitution does not refer to the existence of such a thing as a presidential executive order, these orders become federal law merely as a result of being published in the Federal Register. It is unlikely that any of the signers of the Constitution contemplated such unlimited, unexamined, and dictatorial powers to be exercised by a president. Congress is bypassed completely. Following the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, President George W. Bush created the Department of Homeland Security. In 2003, FEMA was made an agency of the Department of Homeland Security. FEMA has spent only about 6 percent of its budget on emergencies arising from natural disasters such as hurricanes or earthquakes. The vast majority of its annual funding in the last decade was used to construct secret underground government-survival facilities. Such hidden and protected structures assure the continuity of the federal government in the event of a major natural disaster or a nuclear, chemical, or biological attack. A separate executive order, no. 12656, declared that the National Security Council would be the principal body directing national emergency powers. FEMA’s enormous powers can be triggered by the president during any perceived domestic or foreign crisis. Sources suggest that FEMA has three hundred sophisticated mobile communications units equipped to assure government continuity and ongoing operations during a national emergency. Each mobile unit can operate independently for up to one month. As U.S. presidents can issue executive orders without congressional oversight or approval, a sitting president also can create laws and regulations that may eliminate your constitutional freedoms. The following executive orders were declared over the last three decades and may be enacted into law by a president’s written declaration: •
No. 10990 allows the government to seize all modes of transportation and control all highways and seaports.
•
No. 10995 allows the government to seize and control every portion of the communications media.
•
No. 10997 makes it possible for the government to seize all electrical power, natural gas, petroleum, other fuels, plus all mineral resources—whether they are owned publicly or privately.
•
No. 10998 allows the government to control all food supplies and resources, public and private, including all farms and agricultural equipment.
•

No. 11002 declares that the postmaster general must create and operate a national citizen registry of every person in the country, for possible assignment to vital government service during a national emergency.

No. 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and all aircraft.
•
No. 11004 allows the Housing and Home Finance Administrator (of the agency that later became the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned as unsafe, and establish new locations for populations.
•
No. 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways, and storage facilities— public and private.
•
No. 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish presidential control over the mechanisms of production and distribution of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit, and the flow of money in U.S. financial institutions in any national emergency. Remarkably, this executive order also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the president, Congress cannot review the action for six months.
As your personal freedoms are being violated at home, on the international stage, plans and policies continue to advance the cause of a one-world government. On the military front, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is rapidly becoming the armed forces of the coming global government. Following the end of World War II, America, the United Kingdom, and Canada supported the creation of NATO to prepare a united defensive alliance against the armies of the Soviet Union and the Warsaw Pact. NATO was founded as a defensive alliance, the most successful in history. Meanwhile, with the ascension of the European Union and efforts to create a United States of Europe, there have been repeated negotiations to develop a united European military force separate from NATO. However, a combination of factors has prevented the plan’s full implementation. European governments were reluctant to invest the necessary funds to create a world-class international military force. More important, the United States opposed an independent European military force because it could greatly reduce America’s ability to enlist Europe’s political, economic, and military involvement in support of America’s own foreign policy goals. However, during the last few years, Americans have grown weary of paying billions of dollars annually to provide the lion’s share of the military forces necessary to protect Western Europe. Being the world’s sole policeman, with the American taxpayer bearing most of the financial burden, became less and less acceptable to Washington. As a result, the United States began to pressure members of the EU to significantly increase their defense funding and to take steps toward creating a combined military force. In 1999, following decades of failed military reorganization efforts, the European Council met in Helsinki, Finland, to plan the creation of a pan-European armed force. Composed of elite units of soldiers from each of the European Union’s member nations, this rapid-reaction force initially involved sixty thousand soldiers. In the future, this force is expected to be enlarged to the point of being capable of defending Europe from any enemy force. A political consequence of President Obama’s administration and the Democratic leadership in Congress is that America plans to make severe cuts in its defense budget. The global economic crisis and its impact on the U.S. economy, together with President Obama’s expensive plans to create universal healthcare, will motivate major reductions in the defense budget. U.S. Representative Barney Frank, chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, has called for a major reduction in the military budget. The increasing isolation of the federal government and its cuts to the defense budget will create a politicalmilitary vacuum. Following the loss of thousands of soldiers and the outlay of almost a trillion dollars in wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, the American public and its leaders will be reluctant to continue America’s role as sole policeman of the world. When the United States begins to withdraw its troops from Iraq, Afghanistan, Europe, and Asia to refocus its budget and attention on American economic concerns, Europeans will come to realize they must rearm to protect their nations. A political-military power vacuum will arise as the United States focuses on its domestic problems. The vacuum may well be filled by a resurgent European superpower under the leadership of the coming Antichrist. If America follows through on plans to reduce its military support for Europe, that will likely motivate the EU member nations to increase their military budgets and their armed forces. Representatives of the twenty-six member states of NATO met in 1999 to negotiate the basis for the expansion of the alliance in the new millennium. The most serious issue involved the role of NATO military forces in future conflicts outside Europe. Prior to the Kosovo conflict, for example, NATO had refused to become involved in military operations outside the geographic region of its member states. The proximity of Kosovo to NATO’s member states in Western Europe and its location between the NATO member states of Greece and Hungary provided some justification for a military intervention beyond NATO’s territory. Though some members of NATO, including Britain, Canada, Italy, and Turkey, contributed significantly to the 1991 Gulf War to repel Iraq’s invasion of Kuwait, they did so as individual nations allied with the United States and not under the terms of their treaty with NATO. However, the precedent-setting NATO summit of 1999 resulted in a transformation of the role and purpose of the alliance. The summit produced a document announcing that NATO is no longer bound to the principle of providing only a defensive alliance for its member states. The new strategic concept for the alliance is a complete reversal of that defensive stance. This change in military doctrine will set the stage for the coming world government. The political significance of NATO’s shift in strategic doctrine began by NATO declaring that their essential and enduring purpose…”is to safeguard the freedom and security of all its members by political and military means.” While this language appears innocent, the phrase “by political and military means” which opened the door for NATO to move into geographic territories and activities far beyond its traditional role of military defense. The word “political” creates a justification for surveillance, espionage, political pressure, and many other unprecedented activities. A 1999 strategic NATIO document defines the strategic doctrine that will govern future military or political intervention by NATO: “The security of the Alliance remains subject to a wide variety of military and non-military risks.… These risks include uncertainty and instability in and around the Euro-Atlantic area and the possibility of regional crises at the periphery of the Alliance which could evolve rapidly. Some countries in and around the Euro-Atlantic area face serious economic, social and political difficulties. Ethnic and religious rivalries, territorial disputes, inadequate or failed efforts at reform, the abuse of human rights, and the dissolution of states can lead to local and even regional instability. The resulting tensions could lead to crises affecting Euro-Atlantic stability, to human suffering, and to armed conflicts. Such conflicts

This definition of military “and non-military” situations that could provoke military intervention is astonishing. NATO, in its first fifty years, refused to intervene militarily unless a member nation’s territory was attacked. Now the alliance holds that “uncertainty and instability in and around the Euro-Atlantic area” or even “at the periphery of the Alliance” could justify military intervention. Situations that could provoke a NATO military intervention include “ethnic and religious rivalries,” “abuse of human rights,” and “local and even regional instability.” The NATO doctrine justifies its right to intervene militarily or politically in virtually any surrounding nation or territory. This policy reminds me of the imperialism of previous centuries, whereby superpowers such as Spain, Great Britain, and France justified military intervention in any part of the world that they arbitrarily declared to be within their “sphere of influence.” Incredibly, the strategic concept provides a specific rationale for NATO to justify a future invasion of another nation: “Alliance security interests can be affected by other risks of a wider nature, including acts of terrorism, sabotage and organized crime, and by the disruption of the flow of vital resources. The uncontrolled movement of large numbers of people, particularly as a consequence of armed conflicts, can also pose problems for security and stability affecting the Alliance.”
The nations of the Western alliance believe they have the right to invade or intervene in any other nation because of NATO’s belief regarding the existence in that country of “acts of terrorism, sabotage and organized crime, and by the disruption of the flow of vital resources.” NATO declares a further justification for military intervention: the attempt by a nation within NATO’s declared security zone to acquire nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons and the development of the means to deliver such weapons that “can pose a direct military threat to the Allies’ populations, territory and forces.” The stated justifications for a potential NATO invasion of another country are so varied and vague that virtually any pretext may satisfy the rationale. Gen. Klaus Naumann, former chairman of the alliance’s military committee (now retired), defined the geographical regions that NATO considered to be within its enlarged security zone. The zone included “the nations resting on its [NATO’s] periphery from Morocco to the Indian Ocean.” In other words, NATO is willing to intervene militarily from North Africa throughout the Middle East, including the Arabian Peninsula, and extending as far east as Iran. NATO soldiers have been fighting Muslim insurgents in Afghanistan under the authorization of the UN Security Council. The NATO document also refers to the enormous effort to integrate military structures, weapons, and tactics of new alliance members to “prevent the re-nationalization of defence policies.” Key elements of this strategy include: “Collective force planning; common funding; common operational planning; multinational formations, headquarters and command arrangements; an integrated air defence system; a balance of roles and responsibilities among the Allies; the stationing and deployment of forces outside home territory when required; arrangements, including planning, for crisis management and reinforcement; common standards and procedures for equipment, training and logistics; joint and combined doctrines and exercises when appropriate; and infrastructure, armaments and logistics cooperation.”

These developments could create the preconditions for the fulfillment of John’s prophecy in Revelation about the rise of the Antichrist, whose power initially will be based on ten nations within the former territory of the Roman Empire. It is possible to imagine NATO forces being used to achieve the United Nation’s globalist goals. In the future, NATO’s military strength and advanced technology could be employed to support the United Nation’s secret mission, which is to achieve a world government. The creation of an effective international military force is a key goal of the globalists. Only a permanent standing army of significant size would provide the UN Security Council the power to enforce the will of the world body against the military forces of an individual nation or group of nations. The number of military and civilian personnel involved in UN peacekeeping operations tripled between 2000 and 2009. The UN Security Council deployed troops in two dozen nations at a cost of more than eight billion dollars in 2008.9 In early 2009, eighteen UN peacekeeping operations were under way in Africa, Asia, Europe, Haiti, and the Middle East. During the 1990s and the first eight years of the new millennium, the United Nations engaged in more peacekeeping operations than in its first five decades. And more often than not, UN peacekeeping operations were and are military disasters. During the Rwandan civil war, a group of Belgian UN troops was massacred by African rebels without any UN military retaliation. In 2000, UN troops were massacred in Sierra Leone without any reprisal. At the time of horrific national disasters in Somalia and Rwanda, the United Nations repeatedly tried but failed to create a professional international army from disparate units of dozens of small military forces. Often the donated ammunition was of a different caliber than the weapons, the troops were not trained to use the communications equipment that was supplied, and soldiers were often commanded by foreign officers unable to speak their language. As a result, there has been little or no improvement in the world body’s military capabilities.
The repeated failure of the United Nations to effectively put troops on the ground in various trouble spots has given rise to calls for a permanent standing UN military force. One study of the 1994 Rwandan tragedy revealed that the United Nations saw disaster coming but was paralyzed by competing political agendas and the indifference of the UN Security Council. When the United Nations finally acted, after horrible pictures of Rwandan genocide filled television screens around the world, it was a case of too little, too late. Considering the horrendous failures of UN peacekeeping missions in Somalia, Rwanda, and Sierra Leone, it is possible the United Nations could seek an ongoing military agreement with NATO. 666 SINGULARITY PART 6 – FINALITY OF THE MARK peacekeeping mission failures with NATO’s successful military campaigns during the 1991 Gulf War, the 1998—99 Kosovo bombing campaign, and NATO’s Afghanistan mission since 2003. A much faster and more expedient way for the United Nations to achieve the military effectiveness required to enforce the will of the UN Security Council would be to utilize NATO’s unified, integrated military forces. During UN Security Council debates regarding NATO’s 1999 Kosovo intervention, concerns were raised that NATO’s action represented a dangerous precedent and a threat to the sovereignty of every nation outside the NATO alliance. Russia, China, India, and many third world nations issued statements denouncing NATO’s justification of its Kosovo intervention. A thoughtful article published in the Jordan Times stated: But the most important issue raised by the NATO Yugoslavia Confrontation is the inviolability of a country’s sovereignty, or more specifically under what circumstances is intervention in an independent state’s internal affairs permissible and who should be allowed to intervene. Many of the states opposing the NATO action fear it will set a precedent of support for separatist movements which could be used against China in Tibet, against Russia in Chechnya, and against India in Kashmir. Another concern is the bypassing of the UN by NATO. NATO is viewed as simply promoting US interests and in effect making the US a sort of world policeman. Jordan is friendly to the interests of the West. But if Jordan expressed such deep concerns about the threat to all other nations’ sovereignty from NATO’s imperialistic policies, you can imagine the concern of antiWestern nations. Russia, China, India, Syria, Iran, Venezuela, and Cuba have strong reasons to fear what they perceive as a new wave of imperialism from the NATO powers. While UN spokesmen are usually quite discreet in discussing the approaching world government, occasionally a report or a diplomat’s speech will reveal the real agenda. Former British foreign secretary Douglas Hurd stated in an interview that the United Nations needs to prepare itself to take on an “imperial role.” He declared that the United Nations must usurp national sovereignty and take control of countries as the occupying military and political power when governments collapse, as in Kosovo, Somalia, Rwanda, and Sierra Leone. During an interview, Hurd drew attention to what he called “a new phase in the world’s history.” He cited a need for the United Nations to intervene much earlier in crisis situations to “prevent things getting to the stage where countries are run by corrupt war lords, as in Somalia.” Hurd warned that since the breakup of the former Soviet Union, the United States was the lone superpower but it had no wish to become the “policeman of the world.” More and more, European and North American politicians are encouraging this new variation of neocolonialism. Some propose that the United Nations establish a new type of trusteeship over “failed states,” nations whose governments are collapsing due to drought, famine, corruption, or civil war. Examples in recent years include Somalia, the Congo, Rwanda, and Haiti. Tragic situations in Africa, as displayed daily on television, provide ready-made propaganda for those who have an underlying goal to establish the United Nations as the nucleus for a world government.

BREAKING DOWN THE WORLD POPULATION The Outline of the Post-War New World Map was a map created and self-published by Maurice Gomberg of Philadelphia PA, on February 25, 1942 after the attack on Pearl Harbor and the entry of the USA into World War II. It shows a proposed political division of the world after World War II in the event of an Allied victory in which the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and the Soviet Union would rule. The map includes a manifesto describing a "New World Moral Order", along with quotes from Roosevelt's Four Freedoms speech.
Gomberg created the map as a personal project, and little else is known of him. The map has been highlighted by scholars as the initial beginning of the world community regionalization model in which the world would be divided up into bioregions with an economic and political association. After the Axis powers would have been destroyed, the Soviet Union, U.S.A. and United Kingdom would assure the institution of a new world order that would lead to a permanent peace (pax Americana) and the freedom would be a result of the war led by the allies. For reasons regarding historical matters, economic organizing and geographic (continental) neighbourhood, the U.S.A. should have taken the deliberate role of world leader and establish the new democratic world order. The project regarded the demilitarization of several countries, the submission of those countries to an international control and including them into political unions and international organizations. All of the states would have to obey common economical (global) rules, but the U.S.A. would oversee the adherence to political freedoms. The plan would consist of: •

Controlling at a global level the bank institutions, the financial international organizations and the foreign investments;

Controlling at a federal and regional level the external relations and the international trade practiced by the member states.
The countries all over the world would have to become part of the regional or continental forms of association, political unions of states, mostly federations. The states or union of states would become also members of the United Nations Organization. This Organization would have to have social, economic and military institutions of its own, with the help of which it would be able to intervene anywhere in the world to re-establish peace and democracy. The shocking matter regarding this map is that it appears to anticipate with about seven decades the phenomena of a state association trend that is happening in the present days or are planned at a political level to happen in 10-20 years. In fact, the project regards the creation of a world map of political union states that are to be organized at a continental level (continental unions). In Asia, where the civilization diversity is greater than average, the organization is to be done at a sub continental level (regional). There would have been the following structures: •
A North American Union of States as a dominant world power that would include the US, Canada, all Central American and Caribbean states, most Atlantic islands (including Greenland and Iceland), most Pacific islands, Taiwan, Hainan, the Philippines and several now Indonesian islands, including Sulawesi. This was to be the dominant power in the world, military and otherwise.
•
A union of socialist republics led by Russia. The Soviet Union was to be rewarded with Persia (Iran), Mongolia, Manchuria, Finland, and all of Eastern Europe, which subsequently would form part of the Eastern Bloc (excluding Albania, but including the real-life maverick state of Yugoslavia, socialist but anti-Soviet) . All of theses states were simply to become memberstates of the USSR. Austria and most of Germany, although ‘quarantined’ are shown within the Soviet sphere.
•
The United States of South America (USSA): including all South American states, as a single constituent state and the Falkland Islands as part of the USSA.
•
The Union of African Republics (UAR): All of Africa as a federation of republics.
•
The Arabian Federated Republics (AFR): covering Saudi and all other states now occupying the Arabian Peninsula, plus present-day Iraq and Syria.
•

And finally the British Commonwealth of Nations (BCN), including Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Madagascar and most of Indonesia.
Smaller entities include Eire (the whole of Ireland), Greece (including Albania), Turkey (excluding European Turkey), Hebrewland (the Holy Land plus Jordan) and Japan. The three axis states (Germany, Italy and Japan) were to be ‘quarantined’ until they could be readmitted in the family of nations. According to this model the USA with the cooperation of the Democracies of Latin-America, the British Commonwealth of Nations and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics would assume world leadership for the establishment of a New World Moral Order for permanent peace, justice, security and world reconstruction.” This proposal regarding a division of the world after the end of world War II was not immediately put into practice as the suggestion was considered to be contrary to the interest of U.S.A, the Soviet Union and against the wishes of United Kingdom, France, Portugal, Netherlands and others who felt this would be threat to their colonial domains. Whilst writing in her book, "The Externalisation of the Hierarchy", in November, 1939 – Alice Bailey's Guiding Spirit supposedly began to address to her the 'Economic Problem'. "There are adequate resources for the sustenance of human life, and these science can increase and develop... Man is the controller of it all, and they belong to everyone and are the property of no one group, nation, or race. It is solely due to man's selfishness that...thousands are starving whilst food is rotting or destroyed; it is solely due to the grasping schemes and the financial injustices of man's making that the resources of the planet are not universally available under some wise system of distribution."
In 1981, New Age leader Jeremy Rifkin proposed a new level of wealth redistribution in a book entitled, Entropy: A New World View. In this book, Rifkin argues that the world is using too many resources to create too many material things. Even though the New Age believes no energy is ever lost, that it is merely converted from one form of energy into another, Rifkin is proposing that when the energy is used the first time, it is weakened so that its subsequent use is less effective than its original use. Rifkin explains his view. "A human being, a skyscraper, an automobile, and a blade of grass all represent energy transformed from one state to another...the energy they embody doesn't disappear. It is merely transferred back somewhere else into the environment."

Therefore, Rifkin believes the world is currently producing too many material things that originally use too many resources. If the world is not to soon find itself in a position of running out of usable energy, Rifkin proposes that we must change our lifestyle dramatically. We must move into a State run economy that would regulate the production of all material things so the world will not run out of usable energy. This lifestyle is called "Low Entropy". This change, says Rifkin, will require a radical "new world view", and he urges draconian measures to achieve this new thinking. He says, "The radical change in world view required to make this transition will have to be accomplished overnight. There will be no time for polite debate, subtle compromise, or monetary equivocation. To succeed will require a zealous determination, a militancy, if you will, of Herculean proportions." (Ibid, p.186, Emphasis added)
Notice this quote from Foster Bailey, the second husband of Alice Bailey who became National Secretary of the Theosophical Society. "Avatars [World Teachers, like Antichrist will be] frequently create crises in order to bring an end to the old and the undesirable and make way for new and more suitable forms for the evolving life of God Immanent in Nature." ["Reappearance of the Christ", by Foster Bailey, p. 21-23]
The key statement? They "frequently create crises in order to bring an end to the old and the undesirable". This is the ultimate goal of the global elite as they attempt to use the weapon of “regionalization” to strip countries of their own autonomy destroying the idea of sovereign states paving the way for a world map where the boundaries are blurred and where the rights to change and enforce laws on countries are reserved for heads of geographical regional blocs. This goes back to the Hegelian Dialectic we discussed in the introduction
This thus leads us to the Club of Rome one of the secret deadly weapons being used to bring about this change.

THE CLUB OF ROME SPONSORED G10 Everywhere one looks today, there’s another group of nations being created to deal with the growing complexities and uncertainties of the world economy. There’s the G-7, G-15, G-20, G-30, G-77, and a proposed G-33. Nations are forging necessary economic alliances to stay afloat and insure credit and available markets for their own benefit. This development is compelling because, according to the Bible the foundation of the one world government will reside with a group of 10 leaders , or what we might call the G10. This is where the Club of Rome comes into play. The Club of Rome is a global think tank that deals with a variety of international political issues. It was founded in April 1968 and raised considerable public attention in 1972 with its report Limits to Growth. The Club is composed of "scientists, economists, businessmen, international civil servants, heads of state and former heads of state from all five continents who are convinced that the future of humankind is not determined once and for all and that each human being can contribute to the improvement of our societies. In 1972 they published their Limits to Growth a study about the future of the planet. Donnella Meadows, Dennis Meadows, Jorgen Randers and their team worked on systems analysis at Jay W. Forrester’s institute at MIT. They created a computing model which took into account the relations between various global developments and produced computer simulations for alternative scenarios. Part of the modelling were different amounts of possibly available resources, different levels of agricultural productivity, birth control or environmental protection. Most scenarios resulted in an ongoing growth of population and of the economy until to a turning point around 2030. They concluded that drastic measures for environmental protection were required to change this systems behaviour, and only under these circumstances, scenarios could be calculated in which both world population and wealth could remain at a constant level.
The most recent publication by the Club of Rome is 2052 – A Global Forecast for the Next Forty Years a publication released in 2012 book describing trends in global development. It differs in three ways from Limits to Growth. First, it does not describe an impending disaster scenario, but shows only trends. Secondly, it is to be read in the light of experience since 1972, namely, that all of humanity has responded to the report, but with a delay of 20 to 40 years. Thirdly, it offers not only future scenarios, it makes concrete proposals on how nations should respond to emerging developments. Much of the focus is on ecology with some dire warnings about the impact that global warming will have. For students of bible prophecy this is significant since the book of Daniel and Revelation constantly affirms a final world empire founded on 10 kings or rulers who will ultimately give their allegiance to the Antichrist. Revelation 17:12-14 states The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but who for one hour will receive authority as kings along with the beast. They have one purpose and will give their power and authority to the beast. They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings—and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers.”
This idea known as “regionalization” is coming to life in the United Nations as regions begin to form economic blocks loosely modelled after the European Union. Since the time of this map, Mexico has been added to the North American region (1) as part of the coming creation of the controversial American Union and Israel is supposed to be aligned with region number (4). These regions are: North America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Japan, Rest of Developed World Latin America, Middle East, Rest of Africa, South and Southeast Asia, and China. The same plan was also alluded to in a Club of Rome book called Mankind at the Turning Point As part of this concept provisions would be made to investigate any individual country or sub region in the context of regional global development. The "ten horns" are explained in Daniel 7:23-25 and Revelation 17:12 to be ten kings, and the whole vision is of the last form of Gentile world-power, a confederated ten-kingdom empire, most likely covering the whole Earth. Critics over the years doubted this Club of Rome plan for regionalization into ten regions feeling it was just a hypothetical theory so when the United Nations in 2009 published their Millennium Development Goals report guess what appeared on the very last page, the image below with 10 global regions.
Whilst there is some slight variance between the maps on page 11, 16 and 17 these are cosmetic in that there will be variance based on political decision making and the erosion of regional barriers. EUROPE: THE CLUB OF ROME GUINEA PIG There is much speculation about the future of the European Union but one for sure is that the evolution of the European Union is something that is being carefully articulated by the Club of Rome and Bilderbergers. Europe was chosen as the test case for the Club of Rome Model and has clearly had a more significant history than the other 9 world regions in the making. Some believe that instead of 10 world regions that the 10 referred to by Daniel and John in Revelation refer to 10 countries which will form the power base of a Revived Roman Empire of which the European Union is seen as the embryonic form. Regardless of the position the overall opinion is that Europe is playing an integral role in the coming formation of a one world government and since the focus of this report has been the loss of personal privacy it is important to see how the European Union is leading the way in regards to this.
One of the key components that the European Union is using to eventually destroy national sovereignty in fulfilment of the Club of Rome agenda is through the Schengen agreement. By signing the Maastricht agreement and the creation of the E.U. without borders the need of regulating the border transfers arose. The Schengen agreement determines the control and transfer procedures of the citizen for all countries that have signed it. The operation of the agreement is being made within the use of an electronic information system with the collection and processing of private data of the citizens. An enormous electronic filing system is established with the ability of processing data of millions of citizens within the European Union.

666 SINGULARITY PART 6 – FINALITY OF THE MARK There are 26 countries in Schengen. Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain implemented the agreement in 1995. They were followed by Italy and Austria in 1997, Greece in 2000, and Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Iceland in 2001. (Norway and Iceland are not in the EU.) Nine more EU countries joined in 2007, after the EU's eastward enlargement in 2004. They are: the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia. Switzerland, which is not in the EU, implemented the agreement in December 2008. And in December 2011 tiny Liechtenstein - outside the EU, like its neighbour Switzerland - also joined Schengen. Andorra and San Marino are not part of Schengen, but they no longer have checks at their borders. There is no date yet for Cyprus, which joined the EU in 2004, or for Bulgaria and Romania, which joined in 2007.
According to the European Parliament, Bulgaria and Romania have brought their border security up to EU standards and are fit to join Schengen. But not all EU governments agree, and a decision on their bid to join has been postponed. Which EU countries are not party to the Schengen agreement? The UK and Republic of Ireland have opted out. The UK wants to maintain its own borders, and Dublin prefers to preserve its free movement arrangement with the UK - called the Common Travel Area - rather than join Schengen. The UK and Ireland began taking part in some aspects of the Schengen agreement, such as the Schengen Information System (SIS), from 2000 and 2002 respectively. The operation of the system is based on the connection of the local national networks with the central computer of Strasbourg. At any moment the Control Headquarters can know anything about the private life of each citizen. This means that the various nations are left powerless in front of the reality that enforces the totalitarian spirit of the European superpower. It is a full counterfeiting of the principles and values of the united Europe. The vision of the citizens for the peaceful living of the nations is crushed by the creation of a police state of controls and separations. A powerful electronic dictator undertakes the regulation of the humans fates and specifies their history. The Schengen agreement itself, in its spirit and substance, is illiberal, antidemocratic and anticonstitutional. Specifically the Schengen agreement induces: •
Legalization of electronic filing with the institution and operation of specific information system (p.92118)

Reduction of the human factor, overlooking of the individuality and variety and also vitiation of the concept of person and conversion to a subject-object of information collecting.
•
Abolition of the secrecy of the private life and the right of the person to insulation and anonymity with the collecting and processing private character data.
•
Abolition the right to free reformation of the personality since the constant ability to access personal data of a person constrains the free will and its activation.
•
Constrain of the ability to announce to the citizens the personal data that has been processed (p.109,114.2).
•
Subversion of the innocence presumption. In case of incrimination of citizens it rests to their shoulders to prove their innocence !(p.25,40,96,99).
•
Cultivation of a climate of suspiciousness and incrimination of the citizens and even of their intentions (p.5.1d,e,25,40,96.2b).
•
Cultivation of a climate of social racism by characterising the citizens and sorting them into catalogues of non-wanted with subjective criteria (p.5,25).
•
Violation of the regulation regarding granting asylum and protecting the refugees with ambiguous terms, violation of the Geneva convention (p.29-38).
•
Assignment to the 'proper mediums'(!) of the right to surveillance within the borders of a country without its prior approval (p.40.1,2).

Lack of transparency and democratic control with the inefficient legal protection of the citizens.
•
Contrast to the constitutions of the countries and to the international declaration of the human's rights.

Creation of a national threat with the use and processing of data from third parties that its possible hostile attitude against our country, now or in the future, can endanger the security and our territorial integrity. In this spirit is placed the bill regarding "the protection of the person from the processing of private data". It is a law that only the protection of the Greek citizen doesn't assure. Its provisions are characterised of an intense obscurity of principles and measures that are self-contradictory. A range of intentional legal leaks leave unprotected the citizen, really compromised towards the control of the central control system.
The voting of this bill was the essential precondition for the validation of the Schengen treaty from the Greek parliament. Its connection with the activation of the law(1599/1986) for the emission of electronic ID's renders it even more dangerous for the freedom of the Hellenic (Greek) citizens and therefore its immediate recall is needed. The Schengen treaty with its limitless protectionism that enforces converts Europe into a police state based on the control and suspiciousness characterising and charging citizens and their intentions. 666 SINGULARITY PART 6 – FINALITY OF THE MARK Whilst the United Kingdom traditionally has been a bane of European federalist progression it emerged that UK prime minister David Cameron has secretly agreed to work towards the transfer of more policing powers to Europe despite worries over costs and the potential risk to innocent Britons. British ministers have told EU leaders that they will make a decision on whether to take part in a controversial Europe-wide DNA database by December, 2015, six months after the next election. They signed off a list of 35 areas of cooperation with Brussels (including the European arrest warrant) a week before the prime minister used the recent EU summit to mount what he described as a “principled” last stand against the appointment of Jean-Claude Juncker. David Cameron is expected to face revolt from some of his backbench MPs after it emerged he agreed to work towards the transfer of more policing powers to the EU.
The proposals for the database would allow EU countries to carry out automated searches of the UK’s DNA database which is currently the largest in Europe, holding 5,508,170 samples. This is 3,635,154 more than France, the country with the second largest database and contains the information of more people than the entire population of Denmark. The scope of the UK’s database brings with it a disproportionate risk for its citizens in comparison to other EU member states.

666 SINGULARITY PART 6 – FINALITY OF THE MARK 5. HIGHY WAY CONTROL Associating highways (motorways) with an agenda for one world government seems a far stretch until one realizes the following. The Satanic new world order rests on the premise of enslaving the whole of humanity into a system that will provide great difficulty in escaping or avoiding detection. Therefore the control of the human population not only resides within the control of personal data, communication networks and the financial systems but also control of the transport networks. Since the Bible states that the “Mark of the Beast” will be an eternal death warrant to those who accept the system, it would mean that the demonic plan to create a huge global system to capture and entangle as many people as possible, would also entail being able to create a traceable global transportation network. Whether for commerce or pleasure, the Orwellian Big Brother state, spares nothing in its wake when it comes to total control of your personal freedoms, including where you are at any given moment in time and ensuring that you can never escape for too long before being on the radar. We have previously been introduced to the concept of regionalization and how the world is being assembled into a number of continental unions designed to eradicate the autonomy of individual nations. Linked to this is also the development of strategic highway links and the proliferation of tracking devices. Once upon a time, the open highways were one of our greatest symbols of liberty and freedom. Anyone could hop in a car and set off for a new adventure. But today everything has changed. Now the highways of America and other continents are being steadily transformed into a high tech prison grid under the justification of “re-development”. In America, thousands upon thousands of surveillance cameras watch our highways, and automated license plate readers are actually being used to track vehicle movements in some of our largest cities. Many state and local governments have come to view our highways as money machines, and control freak politicians have established a vast network of toll booths, red light cameras and speed traps to keep cash endlessly pouring in. One example of this is when in March 2005 Texas woke up one morning to find out that parts of their land was being sold off to a Spanish-based toll -road developer/operator called Cintra who collaborated with Texas-based Zachry Construction to form Cintra-Zachry. Their Trans Texas Corridor (TTC) project is the first leg in the joining of Mexico, the United States, and Canada with the NAFTA Super Highway. It would consist of a 4,000-mile (6,400 km) network of super-corridors up to 1,200 feet (370 m) wide to carry parallel links of tollways, rails, and utility lines. The tollway portion would have been divided into two separate elements: truck lanes and lanes for passenger vehicles. In 2002, the TTC was estimated to cost between US$145.2 billion to $183.5 billion to complete. Because of the width of the Corridor, people found that their land was being purchased or acquired through the state’s assertion of land claims – they call it ‘eminent domain’ i.e., the government has the right to seize your property for the “public good” whenever it wants to. The Spanish company would have rights to the TTC for 50 years and could charge as much toll as they wanted. Larry Phillips has introduced in the state Legislature H.B. 3789, a bill designed to allow publicprivate partnerships, better known as PPPs, to develop toll roads throughout Texas. The only thing missing is the name ‘Trans-Texas Corridor’ and the comprehensive development agreement, or CDA, that specifies the private partners involved in building the new generation of Texas toll roads,” Jerome Corsi of Worldnet Daily.
In all, some 26 bills have been introduced into the Texas Legislature that would sell a wide variety of public infrastructure, including highways, mass transit facilities, hospitals, schools, recreational facilities, public buildings, technology architecture and even parking lots to private corporations in some fashion. “Texas, like some 40 other states facing budget deficits that could lead to significant cut-backs in public services, has gone the route of ‘America for sale’ in the enthusiasm to convert freeways into toll roads and government infrastructure into PPP projects that would permit, if not invite, foreign private corporate involvement and ownership,” Corsi noted.
Evidence on numerous government and industry alliance websites shows the TTC project is proceeding under the cover of being broken up into two separate projects and rebranded as the I-35 Corridor and the I69 Corridor.

666 SINGULARITY PART 6 – FINALITY OF THE MARK This superhighway linking Mexico, Canada and the United States together was planned many decades ago and forms part of the formation of The North American Union. Some believe the union will have a single currency known as the Amero. The United States of America will no longer be a sovereign nation, neither will Canada or Mexico. However this phenomena is not just on the North American continent. The same principles are being implemented in other global regions. For instance The Trans-Africa highway will be made up of nine highways, passing through 41 cities in sub-Saharan Africa and connecting about 500-million people. The total length of the nine highways in the network is 56,683 km.
Some of the highway segments stretch from Cairo to Dakar, Tripoli to Windhoek, and Lagos to Mombasa, thus providing access to the sea for about 15 landlocked countries. It will also improve regional links. The network as planned to reach pretty much all the continental African nations except Burundi, Eritrea, Somalia, Equatorial Guinea (Rio Muni), Lesotho, Malawi, Rwanda and Swaziland. To date, the 4 504-km highway between Algiers and Lagos has almost been completed, and the 4 496-km Trans-Sahelian highway, linking Dakar to Ndjamena is 80% completed. A total cost, including maintenance and overheads, of $47-billion is needed for the entire project. The project is being developed by the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) and African Union’s Central Bank – African Development Bank (ADB) Once again this is part of the merging of all African countries into one single union, the African Union and was planned many decades ago. The African Union is just 1 of the 10 other unions that will make up the New World Order. At the head of the 10 Unions will be one leader, whom could be the biblical Anti-Christ.

Some of the countries taking part in the highway project are India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, China, Japan, South Korea and Bangladesh. A significant part of the funding comes from the larger, more advanced nations as well as international agencies such as the Asian Development Bank. The AH project was initiated by the United Nations in 1959 already with the aim of promoting the development of international road transport in the region.
The North-South Corridor Project is aimed to improve the connected economies of China, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia. The highways are also proposed to extend from Tokyo to the border with Bulgaria west of Istanbul and Edirne, passing through both Koreas, China and other countries in Southeast, Central and South. The planned network runs a total of 87,799 miles (140,479 km) Here we have the joining of the 3 Asian Unions; the National Association of South East Asia (ASEAN), the Asia Pacific Union (APU) and the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) where highways crossover. Not surprisingly the European Union also is implementing a similar project. The ten Pan-European transport corridors were defined at the second Pan-European transport Conference in Crete, March 1994, as routes in Central and Eastern Europe that required major investment over the next ten to fifteen years. Additions were made at the third conference in Helsinki in 1997. Therefore, these corridors are sometimes referred to as the “Crete corridors” or “Helsinki corridors”, regardless of their geographical locations. Recently, an eleventh corridor was adopted that stretched from Romania, through Serbia and Montenegro, to Italy. It is known that this will pass through Belgrade and will incorporate the Belgrade-Bar highway. These development corridors are distinct from the Trans-European transport networks, which is a European Union project and include all major established routes in the European Union, although there are proposals to combine the two systems, since most of the involved countries now are members of the EU. The corridors variously encompass road, rail and waterway routes.
The Trans-European Transport Networks (TEN-T) are a planned set of road, rail, air and water transport networks designed to serve the entire continent of Europe. The TEN-T networks are part of a wider system of Trans-European Networks (TENs), including a telecommunications network (eTEN) and a proposed energy network (TEN-E or Ten-Energy). The European Commission adopted the first action plans on transEuropean networks (transport, energy and telecommunications) in 1990. Bring into this equation the plan to create super highway corridors across these continental unions with a vast network of data surveillance and electronic tracking, it soon becomes clear that it will be very difficult to escape the clutches of the beast Once upon a time, the open highways of America were one of our greatest symbols of liberty and freedom. Anyone could hop in a car and set off for a new adventure at any time and even our music encouraged us to “get our kicks on route 66″. But today everything has changed. Now the highways of America are being steadily transformed into a high tech prison grid. All over the country, thousands upon thousands of surveillance cameras watch our highways and automated license plate readers are actually being used to track vehicle movements in some of our largest cities.

MARKETING THE MARK OF THE BEAST “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name”
The particular phrasing in this verse is very important because the Greek verb for “causeth” (poieō) implies that something is set in motion by the instigator of an event (in this case, the Antichrist), which then triggers others to have to respond to it. One wonders just what the Antichrist will initiate that will result in the majority of the global population making a decision to accept his Mark. It would have to be something extraordinary to put so much pressure on freedom-loving peoples around the world—especially in Judeo-Christian cultures—to cause them to lay aside personal freedoms and eternal salvation in exchange for an Orwellian society where One World Government oversees the smallest details of their lives and in which human liberty is abandoned. Given the cherished idea of “free moral agency,” this will be no easy task, as our friend Noah Hutchings of Southwest Radio Ministries noted in an article he wrote and recently sent to these authors, a portion of which stated: God created man in His own image, and He instilled within the spirit of man the will to be a free moral individual. Man has the election to obey the Creator or disobey Him and follow the dictates of his conscience. [Man also] has the inherent right to select the type of government that is to regulate the order of society. Countless wars have been fought and millions have died to protect this freedom. Liberty has been subjected to the will of tyrants and dictators, yet it has surfaced down through the ages and endured as the hope of mankind. The Pilgrims came to America to find a haven for personal liberty. The Revolutionary War was fought to preserve this freedom. The Civil War was fought to bring freedom to those who were enslaved and without liberty. Thomas Jefferson wrote in the Declaration of Independence: “All men are created equal, and endowed by their Creator with life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” But a time is coming, and we believe it is very near, when individual freedom will be completely extinguished: “…and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the lamb slain from the foundation of the world” (Revelation 13:7–8).
Will the eradication of the spark of liberty within the spirit of man be accomplished by a tyrannical system of government like communism or fascism? Will it be because men surrender individual freedom in order to survive the threat of international terrorism, nuclear war, or some other imminent danger that threatens the very existence of mankind? Or will it come about because…the masses [have] become so conditioned to state supervision and control…that the vast majority will accept the mark and number of the Beast when it arrives[?] What could this far-reaching scenario conceivably be? While the prospects are numerous, for the sake of space let us describe just three possibilities: 1) an EMP (electromagnetic pulse) or cyber attack; 2) a global economic meltdown; and 3) a natural or manufactured global pandemic, the development of which these authors believe could most directly connect to a beastly Mark. 666 SINGULARITY PART 6 – FINALITY OF THE MARK SCENARIO 1: ELECTROMAGNETIC AND/OR CYBER WARFARE EVENT Most government experts in fields of risk mitigation are focused currently on likely terrorist or enemy-state-sponsored scenarios that could take advantage of aging electrical and water systems infrastructure. For example, a rogue nation could load “defensive” missiles with nuclear warheads and launch them as multiple electromagnetic pulse weapons (HEMPs or EMPs) above the United States and/or other countries from offshore freighters. In a literal “flash,” this could bring down national electrical grids as well as telecommunications; critical energy resources such as oil and natural gas pipelines; water delivery systems; banking and financial institutions, including consumer transactions; and emergency services. In military terminology, if a nuclear warhead is detonated hundreds of kilometers above the Earth’s surface in this way, it is known as “a high-altitude electromagnetic pulse (HEMP) device. Typically the HEMP device produces the EMP as its primary damage mechanism. The nuclear device does this by producing gamma rays, which in turn are converted into EMP in the mid-stratosphere over a wide area within line of sight to the detonation. NEMP is the abrupt pulse of electromagnetic radiation resulting from a nuclear explosion. The resulting rapidly changing electric fields and magnetic fields may couple with electrical/electronic systems to produce damaging current and voltage surges” (“Electromagnetic Pulse,” Wikipedia: The Free Encyclopedia, last modified October 4, 2013, last accessed October 4, 2013: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electromagnetic_pulse). On this order, warnings have been issued recently by the US Defense Department, Homeland Security, and even President Obama involving the risk associated with enemy nations that are already “testing” US electric infrastructure vulnerability through cyber attacks aimed at determining how to sabotage the power grid, financial institutions, and even air traffic control systems. But that may not be the worst of it, according to a February 26, 2013, investigative report by F. Michael Maloof for World Net Daily. As a former senior security policy analyst in the office of the secretary of defense and a current staff writer for WND and G2Bulletin, Maloof points out in Sledgehammer of Cyber Warfare? EMP Attack that: Those same adversaries—China, Russia, Iran and North Korea—also incorporate in their military doctrine the use of a nuclear electromagnetic pulse, or EMP, attack as “part of a strategic operation that would basically ‘throw the kitchen sink’ at the United States,” according to Cynthia E. Ayers, who once was with the National Security Agency and currently is with the US Army War College. These countries, she said, will “hit us with everything—computer viruses, sabotage of critical communications nodes, kinetic strikes on key information systems and a nuclear EMP attack.” “The last, an EMP, is their best chance to collapse our national power grid and take us down, perhaps permanently,” she said. In short, a coordinated assault on America and/or allied nations as described above could instantly result in the collapse of Western society as it has been known. Directly thereafter, anarchy would fill the streets, martial law would be imposed, and a national cry would fill the air for salvation from chaos. But is this a perfect recipe through which the Man of Sin could step in with wondrous answers to our overnight problems by offering some unknown method for restoring social order? How could he “mark” those who would be allowed to function in his kingdom following a catastrophic cyber or EMP attack resulting in widespread damage to essential structures? Wouldn’t electrical and computerized systems be needed online for implantable or high-tech “marks” to function as we have described them? Surely global superpowers like the United States have top-secret responses already devised for just such an event, but perhaps something beyond human comprehension is planned by the Antichrist. Intriguingly, when the Bible describes how the final world leader will deceive the world with “lying signs and wonders” (2 Thessalonians 2:9) and appear at a time when there are “fearful sights and great signs from

666 SINGULARITY PART 6 – FINALITY OF THE MARK heaven” (Luke 21:11), one cannot help but note the specific and interesting wording that implies how the Man of Sin will be directly associated with electricity and people’s need of shelter. First, the “heaven” mentioned in Luke 21:11 is not the throne room of God, but rather ouranos, or the vaulted expanse of the sky, where the clouds and the tempests gather and where electrical energy or “lightning” is produced. In the Bible, both the False Prophet and the Antichrist are described as being aligned with the “power” of this celestial realm, from which they are able to call down “fire,” presumably lightning or electricity (though the reference could actually be of literal fire). The prophet Daniel also tells us the Antichrist’s belief system will honor a “strange, alien god” who again appears related to electricity and lightning. In Daniel 11:38–39, we read: But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things. Thus shall he do in the most strong holds with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge and increase with glory: and he shall cause them to rule over many, and shall divide the land for gain. (emphasis added) Several parts of Daniel’s prophecy stand out as very unusual. First, the phrase, “God of forces,”—or, alternately, “god of fortresses”—has been connected to Baal-Shamem, an ancient deity who was worshipped throughout the Middle East, especially in Canaan/Phoenicia, Syria, and later by the Manichaean Gnostics, who revered him as the greatest angel of electrical energy, or natural, electrical, and high-voltage discharges (lightning). Could this imply that the Antichrist will come on the world scene overnight like some supernatural version of Nikola Tesla, with a wondercreating wireless electricity transmission system capable of repowering the world? In addition to a wireless electricity, note that the Hebrew word translated “forces” in this verse is ma`owz, which refers to a deity who can provide human protection in the form of strong housing, places of safety, protection, and refuge— adding to the question of whether Antichrist could appear as a false savior of humanity immediately following a widescale cyber attack or EMP-type event that brings down national power grids, leaving people desperate for common necessities such as electricity and housing. Finally, connected to the appearance of the Beast and Antichrist, the book of Revelation seems to preface that moment with a military attack resulting in the destruction, or “death,” and then seemingly miraculous rapid recovery of what many expositors believe is both a man and the global supernation he represents. According to this premise, the healing of that man and/or nation’s “deadly wound” causes all the world to worship “the dragon which gave power unto the beast” and to proclaim: “Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?” (emphasis added; Revelation 13:4). This is then followed by a vision of “power” and “fire” from the heavens connected to the implementation of the Mark of the Beast (verses 13–18): And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire [electricity?] come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

666 SINGULARITY PART 6 – FINALITY OF THE MARK SCENARIO 2: THE COLLAPSE OF THE GLOBAL ECONOMY Recently, the United States’ National Intelligence Council (NIC) and the European Union’s Institute for Security Studies (EUISS) joined forces to produce an assessment of the long-term prospects for global governance frameworks. The report—Global Governance 2025: At a Critical Juncture—assessed leading intercontinental perils that could endanger the collective administration of shared problems at the international level. From the beginning of the report under the subsection “Scenario I: Barely Keeping Afloat,” the writers acknowledge how crises including current financial institutions are being served ad hoc, temporary frameworks devised to avert the most threatening aspects (such as the United States printing money for which it has no gold reserves) and synthetic economic tricks being used to temporarily sustain what is ultimately an unsustainable financial system. Conservative analysts have been predicting a devastating crash of the stock market for quite some time, all the while holding their breath, hoping it won’t happen. Yet history and experience, coupled with extraordinary facts available today, convince them that the world’s major economies are being artificially sustained and that it is only a matter of time before this house of cards collapses. Even more conspiratorially, some suggest something sinister is actually being planned, as in a global stock market crash for the near future unlike anything the world has experienced before. Such a crash would permit the Illuminists and cohorts to close thousands of banks in a matter of days, seize most personal assets, confiscate gold and silver, and eliminate cash, all under federally sanctioned “declared emergencies” activated by presidential executive order. After the financial institutions of the world crumble, a worldwide monetary system would be restructured into one that provides more efficient methods of total enslavement, setting the stage for the official establishment of the Antichrist’s New World Economic Order. This manufactured crash might begin in a country like Japan and then work its way around the globe, toppling the economies of nations like a row of dominoes, virtually simultaneously. On the heels of this event, a new form of digital currency could be announced that is international in scope and proclaimed as more reliable than the old monetary system. It would replace modern credit and debit cards as well as paper checks, ultimately paving the way for a super biometric ID card, smart tattoo, or biochip implant wherein every financial transaction in one’s life could be stored, catalogued, analyzed, and accessed for future reference by New World Order bureaucrats. For the majority of people who have been using electronic banking for years (via direct payroll deposits, direct deposit of Social Security checks, ATMs, credit and debit cards, electronic automatic payments of bills, etc.), accepting the new system will be a snap. What’s more, as detailed in earlier chapters, polls around the world show overwhelmingly today that a majority approves and appreciates the convenience of emerging biometric and “smart” banking technologies and are open to near-future realities wherein their flesh will be merged with apparati for buying and selling (and surveillance), either via an implantable chip or some other cool, new, cyborg control system. When the Global Governance 2025: At a Critical Juncture document cited above combined the risks of a global financial collapse triggered (in one scenario) by “biological weapons,” it included in that assessment how biotech could also eventually lead to a new form of man—a previously unknown human with unique physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities that emerge as a result of the very science and technology the Antichrist may use to enslave humanity. Note that on page 35 of their report, these top-shelf United States and European intelligence leaders transition from the threat of a biological weapon to the creation of a potentially dangerous new form of man: No forum currently exists for dealing comprehensively across the scientific community, industry, and governments on measures needed to diminish the risks posed by the biotechnology revolution. The development of new agents and the expansion of access to those with hostile intentions increase the bioterrorism threat.… In addition, biotechnology—

Few experts believe that current governance instruments are adequate for those challenges. For example, direct modification of DNA at fertilization is widely researched with a goal of removing defective genes; however, discussions of future capabilities open the possibility for designing humans with unique physical, emotional, or cognitive abilities. (emphasis added) Bio-enhanced humans with unique “cognitive” abilities have been in the design budgets and on the drawing board of military strategists and social engineers who, for some time, have imagined how man’s growing marriage with—and dependence on—machine intelligence will, in the not-too-distant future, accompany almost everything we do, including buying and selling. The era has already started, though it is in its embryonic stage, and it has been given a name. It is being called the “Hybrid Age.” And yes, this means exactly what it sounds like. What we are already doing with genetically modified crops, transgenic animals, and human-animal chimeras at the embryonic scale, we intend to do to the rest of humanity in general—to hybridize man via genetic alterations, nanotechnology, synthetic biology, and human-tech integration with artificial intelligence and brain-machine interfaces. Parag Khanna and Ayesha Khann explain in their August 19, 2011, article “Foreign Policy: A Predictable Future for Technology”: As we try to understand an incipient future in which technology has insinuated itself into every sphere and nook of human activity—from the manipulation and replication of DNA to space exploration—and in which humans continuously seek ways to speed up their biological evolution to match the breakneck pace of technological evolution, the only way to do that is to incrementally integrate with technology, launching an era of change and innovation that we call the Hybrid Age. If the first wave was agrarian and tribal, the second industrial and national, and the third informational and transnational, then the Hybrid Age is…the “Fourth Wave.” In this new era, human evolution [will] become human-technology co-evolution: We’re becoming part of the machine, and it is becoming part of us. (Parag Khanna and Ayesha Khann, “Foreign Policy: A Predictable Future for Technology,” NPR, August 19, 2011: http://www.npr.org/2011/08/19/139779301/foreign-policy-a-predictable-future-for-technology) If the description above sounds like an incredible dream (or nightmare), consider how quickly such technology is spreading into the broader culture (and now with extracranial applications, it will no longer require the Beast chip surgically implanted into one’s brain). Currently, tests are being conducted that allow people to interact with computers, smart phones, and tablets simply by using their minds. Games systems have been on the market since 2010 that let players control some of the functions with “thought” alone by wearing a rubber cap that reads and translates their brain’s electrical impulses. More advanced systems under development at the University of Washington allow one person to send a brain signal over the Internet to a second gamer across campus in a different building who is wearing such a “cap.” The second gamer “involuntary” clicks a tab with his index finger as he receives signals from the first person, who is playing the game by using the second person’s mind. Over the next few years, people everywhere will be turning on their lights at home, sending emails, and yes, soon thereafter, transferring monetary funds by thought-controlled, brain-machine interfacing without ever pulling their wallets or checkbooks from their pockets or purses. Welcome to the Borg. In the April 28, 2013, New York Times article, “Disruptions: Brain Computer Interfaces Inch Closer to Mainstream,” Nick Bilton (http://bits.blogs.nytimes.com/2013/04/28/disruptions-no-words-no-gestures-just-your-brain-as-a-controlpad/) elaborates: But that chip inside the head could soon vanish as scientists say we are poised to gain a much greater understanding of the brain, and, in turn, technologies that empower brain computer interfaces. An initiative by the Obama administration this year called the Brain Activity Map project, a decade-long research project, aims to build a comprehensive map of the brain.

666 SINGULARITY PART 6 – FINALITY OF THE MARK Miyoung Chun, a molecular biologist and vice president for science programs at the Kavli Foundation, is working on the project and although she said it would take a decade to completely map the brain, companies would be able to build new kinds of brain computer interface products within two years. “The Brain Activity Map will give hardware companies a lot of new tools that will change how we use smartphones and tablets,” Dr. Chun said. “It will revolutionize everything from robotic implants and neural prosthetics, to remote controls, which could be history in the foreseeable future when you can change your television channel by thinking about it.” Thus the technology for the Beast’s end-times system is practically here. All the Antichrist will need is the trigger event, which could come in the form of a global financial meltdown that brings the world to its knees and introduces a modern and more secure method of buying and selling via high-tech “marks.” Highly educated economists around the world say we are on the precipice of that cascading event now. SCENARIO 3: NATURAL OR MANUFACTURED GLOBAL PANDEMIC As noted in an earlier chapter on rfid technology, scannable implants and tattoo transmitters are becoming more sophisticated, adding “prophetic” components—such as merging human biological matter with transistors to create living, implantable machines. Related science also envisions “smart” chimeric vaccines that literally rewrite DNA. The authors of this book believe the possibility that the Mark of the Beast could arrive through a version of one of these technologies is plausible, if not altogether likely. But again, what “trigger” could set in motion the need for a universal vaccine in the form of a biochip? This is an important question, because a while back, one of these author’s wives (Nita Horn) brought up a point we had never considered. She asked if the biblical Mark of the Beast might be a conspiracy employing specific implantable technology only now available. Her theory was gripping: An occult elite operating behind the US government devises a virus that is a crossover between human and animal disease—let’s say, an entirely new and highly contagious influenza mutation—and intentionally releases it into the public. A pandemic ensues, and the period between when a person contracts the virus and death is something like ten days. With tens of thousands dead in a few weeks and the rate of death increasing hourly around the globe, a universal cry for a cure goes out. Seemingly miraculously, the government then steps forward with a vaccine. The only catch, the government explains, is that, given the nature of the animal-human flu, the “cure” uses animal DNA and nanobots to rewrite one’s genetics so that the person is no longer entirely human. The point made was that those who receive this antidote would become part “beast,” and perhaps, thus, the title, “Mark of the Beast.” No longer “entirely human” would also mean—according to this outline—that the individual could no longer be “saved” or go to heaven, explaining why the book of Revelation says that “whosoever receiveth the mark” is damned forever (while also explaining why the ancient nephilim, whose DNA was part human and part angel and/or animal, could not be redeemed). For believers, they would know this is the Mark of the Beast, as we believe the Spirit of God would confirm it in their conscious and Spirit the true facts. If they take this “cure,” they will know at the moment they have willfully submitted to damnation regardless how it is justified. If one imagines the global chaos of such a pandemic, the concept of how the Antichrist “causes all,” both “small and great,” to receive this Mark becomes clearer. When looking into the eyes of dying children, parents, or a spouse, it would be incredibly difficult to allow oneself to die or to encourage others to do the same when a “cure” was readily available. Lastly, this scenario would mean that nobody would be allowed to “buy or sell” in the marketplace without the Mark-cure due to the need to quarantine all but the inoculated, thus fulfilling all aspects of the Mark of the Beast prophecy. To find out if the science behind this abstract was as reasonable as it appeared on the surface, we contacted Sharon Gilbert, whose graduate work included molecular biology (as mentioned prior). This was her troubling response:

You and I, we might argue, are Homo sapiens: erect, bipedal hominids with twenty-three pairs of matched chromosomes and nifty little thumbs capable of apposition to the palm that enable us to grasp the fine tools that our highly developed, bi-lobed brains devise. Humans, we might argue, sit as rulers of the Earth, gazing down from the pinnacle of a pyramid consisting of all plant and animal species. We would remind the listener that natural selection and evolution have developed mankind into superior thinkers and doers, thereby granting us royal privilege, if not infinite responsibility. The Bible would take this definition much farther, of course, adding that mankind is the only part of God’s creation formed by His hands, rather than spoken into existence, and that you and I bear God’s unique signature as having been created “in His image” (Genesis 1:27). Many members of the “illuminated brotherhood of science” would likely demur to the previous statement. These have, in point of fact, redefined human. Like [Mary] Shelley’s Modern Prometheus, Victor Frankenstein, today’s molecular magicians play “god” not by stitching together rotting corpses, but by reforming the very essence of our beings: our DNA. So-called “postmodern man” began as a literary reference, but has evolved into an iconic metaphor representing a collective image of perfected humanity beyond the confines of genetic constraints. Transhumanism, also known as the H+ movement (see www.HPlusMagazine.com, for example) envisions a higher life-form yet, surpassing Homo sapiens in favor of Homo sapiens 2.0, a bioengineered construct that fuses man’s original genome with animal and/or synthetic DNA. While such claims ring of science fiction, they are indeed science fact. For decades, laboratories have created chimeric combinations of animal, plant, and even human DNA under the guise of medical research. The stated goal is to better man’s lot by curing disease, but this benign mask hides an inner, sardonic grin that follows an ancient blueprint to blend God’s perfect creature with the seed of fallen angels: “You shall be as gods.” You two speak to the heart of the matter when you warn of a day when true humans may receive transhuman instructions via an implant or injection. A seemingly innocuous vaccine or identification “chip” can initiate intracellular changes, not only in somatic or “body” cells, but also in germ-line cells such as ova and sperm. The former alters the recipient only; the latter alters the recipient’s doomed descendents as well. In my second novel, The Armageddon Strain, I present a device called the “BioStrain Chip” that employs nanotechnology to induce genetic changes inside the carrier’s body. This miracle chip is advertised as a cure for the h5n1/ebola chimera that is released in the prologue to the book. Of course, if you’ve read the novel, then you know the BioStrain Chip does far more than “cure”—it also kills. Though a work of fiction, The Armageddon Strain raises a chilling question: What limitations lie within the payload of a biochip? Can such a tiny device do more than carry digitized information? Could it actually serve as the Mark of the Beast? The answer is yes. DNA (Deoxyribonucleic acid) has become the darling of researchers who specialize in synthetic constructs. The “sticky-end” design of the DNA double-helix makes it ideal for use in computing. Picture, too, how this DNA framework, if transcribed, might also serve a second, sinister, purpose—not only to instruct, but also to alter. Mankind has come perilously far in his search for perfection through chemistry. Although millennia passed with little progress beyond roots, herbs, and alchemical quests for gold from lead, the twentieth century ushered science into the rosy dawn of breathless discovery. Electricity, lighter-than-air travel, wireless communication, and computing transformed the ponderous pace of the scientific method into a light-speed race toward self-destruction. By the mid-1950s, Watson and Crick had solved the structure of the DNA molecule and the double helix became all the rage. Early gene splicing, and thus transgenics, began in 1952 as a crude, cut-and-paste sort of science cooked up in kitchen blenders and petri dishes—as much accident as inspiration. As knowledge has increased (Daniel 12:4), genetic scientists learned to utilize microbiological “vectors” and sophisticated methods to insert animal or plant genes from one species into another. It’s the ultimate “Mr. Potato Head” game, where interchangeable plastic pieces give rise to an infinite number of combinations; only, in genetic splicing, humanity is the unhappy potato. Vectors provide the means of transport and integration for this brave new science. Think of these vectors as biological trucks that carry genetic building materials and workers into your body’s cells. Such “trucks” could be a microsyringe, a bacterium, or a virion (a virus particle). Any entity that can carry genetic information (the larger the load capacity, the better) and then surreptitiously gain entry into the cell is a potential vector. Viruses, for example, can be stripped of certain innate genes that might harm the cell. Not only does this (supposedly) render the viral delivery truck “harmless,” it also clears out space for the cargo. Once inside the cell, the “workers” take over. Some of these “workers” are enzymes that cut human genes at specific sites, while others integrate—or load—the “cargo” into appropriate reading frames—like microscopic librarians. Once the payload is stored in the cell’s nuclear “library stacks,” the new genes can be translated, copied, and “read” to produce altered or brand-new, “alien” polymers and proteins. The resulting hybrid cell is no longer purely human. If [it is] a hybridized skin cell, it may now glow, or perhaps form scales rather than hair, [or] claws rather than fingernails. If [it is] a brain cell, the new genetic instructions could produce an altered neurotransmitter that reduces or even eliminates the body’s need for sleep. Muscle cells may grow larger and more efficient at using low levels of calcium and oxygen. Retina cells may encode for receptors that enable the “posthuman being” to perceive infrared or ultraviolet light frequencies. The hybrid ears may now sense a wider range of sounds, taste buds a greater range of chemicals. Altered brains might even attune to metaphysics and “unseen” gateways, allowing communication with supernatural realms. Germ-line alterations, mentioned earlier, form a terrifying picture of generational development and may very well already be a reality. Genetic “enhancement” of sperm-producing cells would change human sperm into tiny infiltrators, and any fertilized ovum a living chimera. Science routinely conducts experiments with transgenic mice, rats, chickens, pigs, cows, horses, and many other species. It is naïve to believe humans have been left out of this transgenic equation. If so many scientists (funded by government entities) believe in the “promise” of genetic alteration and transgenic “enhancement,” how then can humanity remain human? We cannot. We will not. Perhaps, some have not. Spiritually, the enemy has ever sought to corrupt God’s plan. Originally, fallen angels lay with human women to corrupt the original base pair arrangements. Our genome is filled with “junk DNA” that seemingly encodes for nothing. These “introns” may be the remains of the corrupted genes, and God Himself may have switched them off when fallen angels continued their program, post-Flood. If so, today’s scientists might need only to “switch them back on” to resurrect old forms such as Gibborim and Nephilim.

THE FALSE PROPHET – A TECHNOLOGICAL GURU Revelation 13 is one of the most profound bible passages in the area of Bible Prophecy because it identifies two characters that will play a significant and influential role in a climatic phase that precedes the literal Second Coming of Christ. Obviously there has been many references to an Antichrist to come but the bible suggests that the helm of the one world government will be accompanied by a second important individual known as the False Prophet. Unfortunately some modern interpretations of who the False Prophet is have been far removed from biblical truth resulting in a lack of acknowledgment as to the what sector he will arise from. “Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name. Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority. And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world marveled and followed the beast. So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?” And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months.” Revelation 13:1-5
This first beast has been identified by many bible prophecy researchers to be the coming Antichrist, a one world dictator. There is debate as to who he is and where he arises. The historical and traditional belief is that he arises out of the confines of the old Roman Empire, which would be present day Europe or some believe out of the Middle East or North Africa which were also part of the old Roman Empire. The 42 months of his world control mentioned here also ties into Daniel 7:25 which confirms that the scale of this dictators seizure of global power will be a “time, times and half a time” which is the old King James English for simply saying 3 1/2 years which equates to 42 months. Revelation 13:11 then introduces a second person. “Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men. And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived. He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.” Revelation 13:11 - 18
There are a number of interesting observations to be made here which really give clarity around who this person is and his agenda. 1. From a high level perspective we believe it could be some form of avatar coinciding with what is known as the Singularity. A time where mankind achieves a breakthrough in the ability to transfer consciousness from one body to a host donor. The ultimate aim of the transhumanist agenda. 3. The third role of this individual is that he is also involved in the creation of a financial system which involves the world population being marked with some form of technological device that can be scanned in order for the population to be able to buy or sell. This could allude to the existing technology of microchip implants. The combination of these three objectives is one of the reasons why some researchers believe he is actually more of a technology leader (rather than a religious leader), who by possibly combining the supernatural with advanced forms of technology, is able to create platforms, processes and scenarios that literally baffle the intellectual mind. More will be said on this later. However his title as the False Prophet is not mentioned until Revelation 16:13, Revelation 19:20 and Revelation 20:10 which clearly identify that the two beasts in Revelation 13 are individuals because of the personal pronouns attached in all these passages. What is pretty important for you to understand here is that the False Prophet and the Antichrist work together and are cast into hell together where they are joined at a later time by Satan himself. Satan, the Antichrist and the False Prophet are essentially a satanic trinity. Revelation 13 has described the Antichrist as being a world political leader and the False Prophet as a technology leader. However Revelation 17 introduces a new power which is an ecclesiastical religious power known as “Mystery Babylon”. “And I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast which was full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. 4 The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the filthiness of her fornication. 5 And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.” Revelation 17:3 -5
Mystery Babylon is the name given to a religious spirit that has remained in existence for thousands of years since the days of Nimrod and his wife Semiramis. Whilst for centuries appearing in many forms and guises across the world religions, this spirit in the last days also appears in a physical and ecclesiastical form residing in a city known as the city of seven hills, Rome. “Here is the mind which has wisdom: The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman sits.” Revelation 17:9
The seven hills of Rome (east of the river Tiber) form the geographical heart of Rome, within the walls of the ancient city. The seven hills are Aventine Hill (Latin, Aventinus; Italian, Aventino, Caelian Hill (Caelius, Celio), Capitoline Hill (Capitolium, Campidoglio), Esquiline Hill (Esquilinus, Esquilino), Palatine Hill (Palatinus, Palatino), Quirinal Hill (Quirinalis, Quirinale and Viminal Hill (Viminalis, Viminale)

666 SINGULARITY PART 6 – FINALITY OF THE MARK What is more significant is that the woman symbolizing this religious power is sitting on the same beast already mentioned in Revelation 13. See Revelation 17:3 and 17:7. In order to understand the full implications of this it would be useful to make reference to a publication that was released in 1990 by former Jesuit, Malachi Martin called the Keys of this Blood. This book is one of the greatest publications to expose the significant power struggle taking place within the Vatican as a wave of liberal bishops seek to uproot the Catholic Church from its Orthodox heritage in order to propel the Church forward as a dominant power on the changing world scene. A main objective put forward by Martin was that the Vatican in the early 1990s was bracing itself for a geopolitical struggle with Russia and the United States for control of the new world order. If one was to look at the influence of the Vatican today you would be astonished at the level of control and influence they have on the world scene. Not only is the Vatican colluding with the Franco German ideology of creating a Holy Catholic Roman Empire through the apparatus of the European Union, but the Vatican is by far the dominant geopolitical power over the continent of Central and South America giving it full and unlimited access to two massive trading blocs (Europe and Latin America). Revelation 17 describes that the Vatican is supported by the Antichrist and his political kingdom in a mutual relationship but then in Revelation 17:15-18 something startling happens. “Then he said to me, The waters which you saw, where the harlot sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues. And the ten horns which you saw on the beast, these will hate the harlot, make her desolate and naked, eat her flesh and burn her with fire. For God has put it into their hearts to fulfill His purpose, to be of one mind, and to give their kingdom to the beast, until the words of God are fulfilled. And the woman whom you saw is that great city which reigns over the kings of the earth.” Revelation 17:15-18
Verse 15: states that the power of the harlot at this specific point in time is truly and fully global because of her geographical reach. Verse 16: The ten kingdoms which form the power base of the Antichrist political kingdom will turn against the harlot and destroy her. The reason why? See verse 17. Verse 17: Because they decide to unite their resources, support and agendas, 100% with the Antichrist. Up until this time these ten kingdoms are supporting both the Antichrist and the religious harlot system but there comes a point where they decide to destroy the harlot as means of confirming their absolute surrendering of power and control to the Antichrist. “The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast.“ Revelation 17: 12-13
Verse 18: This then double confirms that the harlot represents a City which up until the time of its destruction was ruling over the kings of the earth.

666 SINGULARITY PART 6 – FINALITY OF THE MARK The prophecy of St Malachy also suggests that Rome will be destroyed although there is no need to depend on this prophecy given the details that Revelation 17 provides but note that the judge in St Malachy’s prophecy could be in reference to the biblical Antichrist who takes full world control after the religious power is removed or it could be in reference to the coming of Jesus Christ which marks the end of all things shortly after the destruction of Rome "In the final persecution of the Holy Roman Church there will reign Peter the Roman, who will feed his flock amid many tribulations, after which the seven- hilled city will be destroyed and the dreadful Judge will judge the people. The End."
This is also the point where we can now make the following three assumptions that clearly is in contrast. 1.
Firstly the final pope known as Peter the Roman or Petrus Romanus could never be the False Prophet as this marks a significant contradiction where the Antichrist would turn against the False Prophet. Remember we have already earlier provided significant biblical evidence that the Antichrist and the False Prophet work together. The emergence of the False Prophet is to direct worship towards the Antichrist and his image not to take over a religious structure which whilst still liberal and clearly in apostasy, still has a Christian heritage.
2. Secondly St Malachy says that whilst the Roman Catholic Church undergoes persecution that leads to its final destruction, that Peter the Roman will continue to be a shepherd and icon of comfort and hope to the millions of people under his leadership. This conveys a leader who still tries to lead despite realizing that the power he has is coming to a catastrophic end. This in no way denotes someone who is false in turning against the very structure he is leading. 3. Revelation 13 and Revelation 17 are referring to different individual powers. The False Prophet in Revelation 13 has no biblical linkage to the harlot of Revelation 17 which as we have already seen is a representation of Rome. The only link between Revelation 13 and Revelation 17 is that the harlot is supported by the same political kingdoms that are the core of the Antichrist new world order as we see a reference to a beast with ten heads and seven horns in both Revelation 13 and Revelation 17.
These three points are so clear that its simply astonishing how so many are caught up in a wave of thinking that the False Prophet will be the leader of a religious organization and it because of this incorrect pretext why most don’t fully appreciate who the False Prophet really is. If we discount the fact that the False Prophet is not the leader of Mystery Babylon we still face the premise of people associating him as being a religious leader based on the fact that Revelation 13 describes him as arising with the two horns of a lamb and also the fact that in Revelation 17, 19 and 20 he referred to as a prophet. The reference to lamb would suggest that he is coming in the likeness of Christ and so a spiritual association and the reference to him as a prophet suggest he is someone who provides spiritual insight. In Old Testament times the purpose of the prophet was to affirm the sovereignty of the King and provide spiritual revelation to assist the leadership of the King. In Revelation 13 we see that the key aim of the False Prophet is to direct attention, focus and worship to the Antichrist. This done through the following 1. It’s probably key to contextualize the revelations of St John in the fact that being thrust thousands of years into the future he would not have been able to differentiate the difference between what would be deemed to be the supernatural in contrast to what we see as advanced technology. Whilst there is a very thin boundary between the occult and advanced technology it is important to note that John’s frame of reference for understanding who the False Prophet was would have naturally been akin to seeing him as a religious figure like the prophets of Baal rather than a leader of technology. Certainly what John saw in his vision had no association with the Roman engineers who created the Coliseum in Rome or created weapons for the Roman legions to crush and dominate. Therefore we would not expect John to speak of him as a technology leader yet in our modern world with all the incredible technological and scientific development we can clearly see the modern developments which naturally fulfil the vision that John had in regards to the function of the False Prophet. The False Prophet is referred to as having the horns of a lamb not necessarily because he is coming from the religious world but because he is coming in such a deceptive manner that he will wield incredible influence because people will trust him. This is why it’s a point of conjecture that rather than looking in the religious world that it’s more likely that the False Prophet will emerge from the technology sector since all of his functions described by John are underpinned by advanced technology. Calling down fire from heaven (holographic technology?), creating an image that can speak (nanotechnology?) and a world financial system that enslaves everyone (microchip) involves technology that surpasses what we would classify as mainstream science. Could it be that instead of looking at the Vatican or apostate leaders in mainstream Christendom we should be looking into the technology and banking sector for the emergence of someone with the credentials to unite and synergise 3 forms of technology for the sole purpose of enslaving mankind and propelling the man of sin?

THE MARK OF THE BEAST – WHY ETERNAL DAMNATION “And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.” Revelation 14: 9-11
That the mark of the beast is a financial system is undoubtedly the closing thrust of Revelation 13. However the question remains that if the system involves what seems to be the form of some device being placed into peoples skin or bodies then is this truly the reason why the acceptance of this requirement would eternally damn a soul forever. If someone was able to then somehow remove the mark at a later point would they still be damned. Revelation 13 seems to very conclusive in that the acceptance of this mark is irreversible. Furthermore we see in Revelation that one of the judgements is a biological reaction to the taking of the mark due to an outbreak of sores. Revelation 16:2 "... there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image."
This is a start reminder to what we already saw with the Verichip and the triggering of cancerous tumours during the clinical trial phases in animals. Something which was covered up and then exposed leading to a rapid decline of the company’s share value at the time. However does the wrath of God falling on those with an acceptance of this mark go far beyond just punishing people for allowing the intrusion of a physical device into the body which can then help to facilitate electronic transactions or does it go beyond this. It is only when one starts to understand the significance of nanotechnology and the transhumanist agenda that the real significance of what could happen in the future provides a deeper understanding behind Revelation 13. There is a growing belief that the reason for Gods eternal separation from those who have received the mark is because the mark is more than just an intrusive physical device in the body. Instead the mark is a device that actually induces changes within the actual DNA of all those who receive it. The mark doesn’t just help to facilitate electronic transactions and identification, but it is a form of technology that also contaminates and makes alterations to the actual DNA and genetic makeup of the human host. This means that humans who are made in the image of God with the ability to think and reason and be creative would all of a sudden have their genetic code re-written in a way which would seriously alter the image of God within them. Satan’s master plan is simply to biologically alter the human race in a way that makes them unrecognisable by God as a people needing redemption. Man would in essence be no different to the animals. The gravity of what we are suggesting here is something that probably you did not really take into account in reading Revelation 13 but the reality is affirmed by the latest developments in transhumanist sciences that are seeking to rewrite and reprogram who we are as human beings. Douglas Hamp is the author of Corrupting the Image who has written extensively on the subject of creation, genetics and the corruption of the human race and what he says fully affirms the conclusions we come to. Here is what Hamp says about the importance of understanding what being “made in the image of God” means. IN ORDER TO SPOT THE DECEPTION we first need to understand the original. God is infinite and of course there are things that we will never understand about Him. However, all that the Bible does reveal we ought to firmly apply to our general concept of who He is and how He is. Something that is fundamental to understanding God is His image. God tells us that He made man in His image and in His likeness in Genesis 1:26 – but just what does that mean? Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth” (Genesis 1:26). How are we to understand image and likeness? Does image denote something physical in the way God “looks” or is it merely His divine character? Is the likeness simply talking about His attributes? Is it possible that it could be referring to what God looks like? Generally speaking commentators assume the word image refers only to God’s attributes. Any time we have language in Scripture talking about God’s hands, head, feet, or the like it is explained as anthropomorphic language (terms describing God in ways that we mortals can understand). Nevertheless, the Scriptures demonstrate that where there is some prophetic vision or description of God we are catching a glimpse of His image (what God looks like).7 Having a good grasp of the image of God will aid us in figuring out what is in the believer’s future and also how the enemy has tried to destroy the image in us in the past and will deceive the world in the very near future. According to Scripture, God is the eternal One and there is none like Him: “that the LORD Himself is God in heaven above and on the earth beneath; there is no other” (Deuteronomy 4:39). He is the One “Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done” (Isaiah 46:10). God states “I am the First and I am the Last; besides Me there is no God” (Isaiah 44:6). God also declares “I made the earth and created man on it; it was my hands that stretched out the heavens, and I commanded all their host” (Isaiah 45:12). God exists in and of Himself, was never created, and has no end. There is none like Him in heaven above, on the earth, or below the earth. The first man (Adam) was created approximately six thousand years ago8 and every last human being on the planet is a descendant of Adam, hence we are all created beings. We will never become gods in that we can never through our efforts attain godhood. We are not evolving to a higher order or existence. Man will never be a god nor equal to the Almighty! The Bible is clear that man fell from how he had been created. We were created in the image and likeness of God but at the fall, when sin and death entered into the world, the image of God in man was corrupted. The question before us, however, is just what exactly God meant when He said that He created us in His image and likeness. There are several ways that we can ascertain the correct meaning of that phrase. First of all, we will examine the Hebrew words in every instance that they appear in the Bible to see how they are used in other contexts. In real estate the name of the game is location, location, location. In Bible studies it is context, context, context. A word’s context determines what a word means. We can also use comparative linguistics to see how other Semitic languages

We can turn to the early translations such as the Greek Septuagint and Aramaic Targumim to glean how those words were translated. We will then turn our attention to what God reveals about Himself in portions of Scripture. The Bible says that God is spirit. Clearly God is not flesh and blood (dependent on oxygen, food, water – not a carbon-based life form) but does the fact that He is spirit mean that He does not have a body? Paul distinguishes amongst the different types of bodies in 1 Corinthians 15. We will also examine passages where a prophet, seer, or disciple “sees” a vision of God in heaven or the like. How should these be interpreted in light of Paul’s discussion of heavenly bodies? The next thing to look at is the seed of God. First John 3:9 says that we have the seed of God dwelling in us. The word, sperm [sperma σπερµα] is the same as is used to describe human and even animal seed which is used to propagate the race. Peter says that we have been redeemed with incorruptible seed. What does it mean that we have God’s seed (incorruptible)? How does that differ from the corruptible seed that we currently have? Could it be that this is why Jesus so emphatically said that we had to be born again? Paul says that we are a new creation, the old has passed away. Does the imparting of the Holy Spirit have anything to do with the fact that God breathed into man in the garden? Was that lost when man sinned? The biblical evidence will demonstrate that image and likeness of God refer not only to God’s character and attributes but also to His form or shape, that is, what He generally “looks like” when perceived with the eye (or the mind’s eye). Furthermore, God’s seed, while not composed of proteins and amino acids in DNA strands, is what we receive in our new bodies. This was also the essence of what Adam was pre-fall. Adam was also clothed in light (as God is) before the fall—something that will be restored to us once in the heavenly/spiritual realm. God states in Genesis 1:26-27 that He made Adam in his image. “Then God said, ‘Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness’ […] So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them” (Genesis 1:26-27). This fact is reiterated: “Whoever sheds man’s blood, by man his blood shall be shed; for in the image of God He made man” (Genesis 9:6). God is an infinite being and has many communicable and noncommunicable characteristics that are in view here. Certainly man is neither omnipotent nor omniscient like God. But he does share to a lesser extent God's creativity, vision, passion, ability to love, mercy, etc.— qualities that are part of His image and likeness. However, for our study, we will not focus on those aspects but specifically how both image and likeness are used in the Bible in relation to His form. Words and the combination of words are what make up the Bible and consequently, our theology is built upon the words that we find in Scripture. For this reason, tracing a word throughout Scripture is a very practical means of understanding its significance and just how we are to interpret it. The word image (Hebrew tselem )םֶ ֥לֶצis used 15 times9 in the Hebrew Bible. The basic meaning of the root means a “shadow” cf. Gesenius’ Hebrew Lexicon.10 Based on its usage we can confidently deduce the following definition: ’a living or nonliving representation of something else.’ In eleven of the fifteen verses image is used to refer to idols. Idols were the image (a physical representation) of a demon (or “men” in Ezekiel) as Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians. Paul states that idols were in fact demons: “that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice they sacrifice to demons11 and not to God, and I do not want you to have fellowship with demons” (1 Corinthians 10:20). The word tselem is used to describe these idols or images which were just representations of demons that were truly being worshiped. “Destroy all their engraved stones, destroy all their molded images, and demolish all their high places” (Numbers 33:52).12 The verses from Ezekiel are especially telling since they demonstrate that the images were representations of men—a form we can certainly agree on: “As for the beauty of his ornaments, He set it in majesty; but they made from it the images of their abominations” (Ezekiel 7:20); “made for yourself male images and played the harlot with them” (Ezekiel 16:17). Ezekiel 23:14 shows that an image is accurate in its representation of the real thing: “She saw men portrayed on the wall, the images of the Chaldeans.” Clearly an image is not the same as the real thing. An image can’t walk or talk in these cases, but they do faithfully depict how the men looked – in the same

Indeed, I have seen photos of people and know what they look like but perhaps knowing nothing about the person. Therefore, an image conveys only some information about a person and not all of the details. The last verse which we need to discuss for our study to be complete is Genesis 5:3 which states that Seth was begotten to Adam in his image (tsalmo ) ֑ מְ לַצ. When Adam had lived 130 years, he fathered a son in his own likeness, after his image, and named him Seth (Genesis 5:3). This verse is an amazing illustration of how we are in the image of God. Just as our children act like us (likeness) they also look like us. When I see my children I see in their faces and bodies a combination of my wife and me. They very much look like us—they are in our image. My little son reminds me of when I was a child in that he acts like me—he is in my likeness! When God made man He fashioned Adam to both act like God and to look like God. Even though my children look like me and act like me, they are obviously separate and distinct beings. So too, God made Adam to act and look like God but Adam was not the same as God. Some people might argue that this lowers the majesty of God. I would argue that it rather demonstrates the level from which man has fallen. Furthermore, this does not make God in man’s image; it was man who was made in God’s image. The word t’munah [ ]הָ ו ְ תmeans shape, image, or form and is very much analogous to the word tselem which we ַ ֥ )ה ָוהְ י. have already examined. According to God Himself, Moses saw the Lord’s form (t’munat YHWH תנֻמְ ת ֖ I speak with him face to face [pe el pe ] ֶ פ־לֶא ֶ פ, even plainly, and not in dark sayings; and he sees the form of the ַ ֥ ]ה ָוהְ י. LORD [t’munat YHWH תנֻמְ ת ֖ Why then were you not afraid to speak against My servant Moses?” (Numbers 12:8). Previously the Israelites were instructed to not make any t’munah of things in heaven or in earth: You shall not make for yourself a carved image [pesel ֶפ6֖ —] ֶלany likeness [t’munah ]הָ ו ְ תof anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth (Exodus 20:4). The same word t’munah is used for what Moses did see and also to describe what the children of Israel did not see. They were not able to look upon the actual form of God as Moses had been able. Yet, this same word is used to describe “images” and likenesses of things—that is to say, what they looked like. Moses recounts to the people the fact that they did not see God’s form—even though he had. Therefore they should not make an image of God. And the LORD spoke to you out of the midst of the fire. You heard the sound of the words, but saw no form [t’munah ;]הָ ו ְ תyou only heard a voice. Take careful heed to yourselves, for you saw no form [t’munah ]הָ ו ְ תwhen the LORD spoke to you at Horeb out of the midst of the fire, lest you act corruptly and make for yourselves a carved image [pesel ֶפ6֖ ] ֶלin the form [t’munah ]הָ ו ְ תof any figure: the likeness of male or female, […] take heed to yourselves, lest you forget the covenant of the LORD your God which He made with you, and make for yourselves a carved image [pesel ֶפ6֖ ] ֶלin the form [t’munah ]הָ ו ְ תof anything which the LORD your God has forbidden you. When you beget children and grandchildren and have grown old in the land, and act corruptly and make a carved image in the form of anything, and do evil in the sight of the LORD your God to provoke Him to anger (Deuteronomy 4:12, 15-16, 23, 25). As testimony of what we have in store for us, the psalmist tells us that we will be in God’s t’munah (form) when we awake or when we are resurrected. “As for me, I will see Your face in righteousness; I shall be satisfied when I awake in Your likeness, [t’munatkha ( ”]◌ָ ךֽ ֶתָ ו ְ תPsalm 17:15). Thus Moses saw God’s form and we shall awake in His likeness (form); t’munah ( )הָ ו ְ תis a shape/form of any figure.

Man now believes that he can take his “evolution” into his own hands and direct it for his own good. This belief was stated boldly by Juan Enriquez, Chairman and CEO of Biotechonomy, who was featured in an article by Ken Fisher of artestechnica.com entitled, “We are becoming a new species, we are becoming Homo Evolutis.” He states: Humanity is on the verge of becoming a new and utterly unique species, which he dubs Homo Evolutis. What makes this species so unique is that it “takes direct and deliberate control over the evolution of the species.” Calling it the “ultimate reboot,” he points to the conflux of DNA manipulation and therapy, tissue generation, and robotics as making this great leap possible […] The day may come when we are able to take the best biology of the known animal kingdom and make it part of our own. This isn’t just about being a bit stronger, or having perfect eyesight our whole lives. All of our organs and limbs have weaknesses that can be addressed, and there are also opportunities to go beyond basic fixes and perform more elaborate enhancements.” This ultimate reboot, as Enriquez puts it, is in fact in direct conflict with what God has offered freely, which we considered in the first chapters of this book. Through the cross, Jesus has made a way that we can obtain the epitome of “ultimate reboots.” We can be born again—that is as good as it can get! Sadly, however, rather than submit to God’s plan to fix man genetically and spiritually, Man prefers to believe the lie that he can fix himself. In fact the theory of evolution has paved the way for man to shake off the philosophical inhibitions of seeking God. Man has come to the point that he believes that having evolved this far, he can take himself to the next level. The Scriptures are plain, “Know that the LORD Himself is God; it is He who has made us, and not we ourselves” (Psalm 100:3 NASB). In spite of that man believes that he can become his own God. Dr. Ray Kurzweil is the Creator of numerous inventions including the electronic piano keyboard. He is at the forefront of the transhumanist movement and is a major visionary of where we are headed. Fully convinced of the supposed fact of evolution, he states in his publication The Singularity Is Near: When Humans Transcend Biology: Evolution moves toward greater complexity, greater elegance, greater knowledge, greater intelligence, greater beauty, greater creativity, and greater levels of subtle attributes such as love. In every monotheistic tradition God is likewise described as all of these qualities, only without any limitation: infinite knowledge, […] and so on. […] So evolution moves inexorably toward this conception of God, although never quite reaching this ideal. We can regard, therefore, the freeing of our thinking from the severe limitations of its biological form to be an essentially spiritual undertaking. Time Magazine, in December of 1997, reported on Dr. Richard Seed, a physicist from Chicago who became well known for his announcement of plans to start human cloning. He declared: God intended for man to become one with God. We are going to become one with God. We are going to have almost as much knowledge and almost as much power as God. Cloning and the reprogramming of DNA is the first serious step in becoming one with God (National Public Radio, emphasis mine). Seed’s words are not intended in any biblical sense but to declare that we too will become as God—that we can be our own gods. A week later Seed elaborated in an interview on CNN: “Man will develop the technology and the science and the capability to have an indefinite life span.”184 Eleven years later he would make an even more radical statement; whereas the first was to become like God, his latter statement was for man to become a god. We are going to become Gods, period. If you do not like it, get off. You do not have to contribute, you do not have to participate but if you are going to interfere with me becoming a God, you’re going to have trouble. There’ll be warfare (emphasis mine). Seed’s words are not just isolated radical ideas but part of the much larger and well-funded movement known as transhumanism (or posthumanism). While probably most in it would not proclaim that they want to become “gods,” the goal is the same. They are playing with the human source code in ways that are extremely dangerous. Biblical and

McTernan puts it this way: “Evolution also detaches man from his Creator and being created in God’s image and likeness. Man is now a free agent to tamper with his DNA under the guise of advancing evolution.”186 Therefore, man sees himself as the captain of his own destiny. He is going to overcome death, disease, and human “limitations.” Rather than live with the image of God that he has and receive the cure for his fallen state, man would rather pretend that God does not exist and attempt his own cure. Even the difference in the sexes is no longer considered to be God-given. According to the publication Mail Online (dailymail.co.uk), scientists have succeeded in creating male eggs and female sperm. The article is titled boldly: “No men OR women needed: Scientists create sperm and eggs from stem cells.” It goes on to say: Human eggs and sperm have been grown in the laboratory in research which could change the face of parenthood. […] But it raises a number of moral and ethical concerns. These include the possibility of children being born through entirely artificial means, and men and women being sidelined from the process of making babies. […] The science also raises the possibility of ‘male eggs’ made from men’s skin and ‘female sperm’ from women’s skin. […] This would allow gay couples to have children genetically their own” Mankind is racing toward changing the very image that we were created in to disconnect us from God forever. Dr. McTernan describes very well what is going on in the mind of the evolutionist and the path that they are on. The natural progression is to enhance the human race by sharpening the senses. If the DNA is now understood and can be manipulated, why not increase the eyesight and hearing? With the addition of eagle DNA man could see like an eagle […] For strength the introduction of gorilla DNA could give super strength, and for speed how about ostrich DNA! The evolutionists believe they are rapidly advancing evolution by manipulating the DNA. Many scientists believe they are enhancing evolution by improving man. Because, through evolution, man has no fear of God and thus no restraints on tampering with DNA, any attempts to stop this tampering will be met with cries from the scientists.
In reference to Revelation 13 Hamp then states It is reasonable and probable that the mark of the Beast will also be an imitation of what the Lord wants to do for believers. He will restore us spiritually and genetically: we will be like Him, we will be in His image, we will be conformed to His glorious body, we will have God’s seed in us. By Satan giving his genetic material to the Beast (who “replaces” Jesus) and then the Beast offering (forcing) all to take of his altered genetic material, Satan will be perfectly imitating our salvation. Probably one reason people will desire to take of his seed is because of the powers they are promised. We have seen both in the movies and by real life personal testimony the “aliens” appear as beings of light. Of course, believers in Jesus will actually receive true bodies of light—but the Beast will promise glorious bodies which he will ultimately not deliver. However, those transformed with the DNA change (mark of the Beast) will receive traits of Satan. Perhaps they will not be able to die which we see when the locusts torment mankind for five months and though they seek death it will flee from them (Revelation 9:6)—this could be because they possess traits from Satan (who does not die). Some two thousand years after the true incarnation and six thousand years after the fall of man in the garden, Satan, the Serpent, will have fulfilled the prophecy that God spoke to him of the enmity between his seed and her seed. Having his own seed mingled with a son of Adam and with today’s technology, Satan can finally try to replicate his own seed in every last person on the planet. If he can accomplish this then perhaps his own fate can be averted; perhaps he can succeed in his war to destroy the image of God genetically contained in man. Satan’s long war to destroy the image of God will ultimately fail. Though he will successfully deceive many and even apparently be just moments away from success, the Lord will in the end intervene.

Over the years there have been many theories concerning the Mark of the Beast and more specifically how the tracking of everyone’s buying and selling habits can be controlled. Revelation 13:16-17 states: He [the beast] causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Smart Cards, Bio Chips, and Bar Code Scans have been some of the technologies in the last twenty years that have been scrutinized as possible vehicles for a monetary control system that is described in Revelation. There is now a new technology that goes on the watch list that may help usher in a cashless society. The concept of Singularity and its exact definition are somewhat elusive, but in simple terms it means that man and machines have become interchangeable. Thus, when the biological and technical have merged, then Singularity will have been achieved. It is a word that few have heard or understand, but mankind is now in a technological explosion that is directly leading to Singularity. The science fiction that started in the 1950s has slowly become a reality. Roby the robot and the machine that vastly increased Dr. Morbius's intelligence are now coming into focus as reality. Singularity is no longer science fiction: it is reality. Entire fields of science are now racing towards achieving Singularity. Old science such as physics and biology are involved, but entire new fields of science are being created that deal with advancing Singularity. These new fields include: synthetic biology, biocomputing, biotechnology, nanotechnology, neuroprosthetics, and biomedical engineering. There are now breakthroughs towards Singularity nearly every day. In most cases, the scientists have no idea that science is racing to create Singularity. In some cases, the scientists are well aware of what they are doing and are directing all their energy to create Singularity. What can appear to be fractured advancements are really just parts of a puzzle coming together. As Singularity gets closer, there will be direct cooperation with all scientific disciplines to bring it to completion. Ultimately, the objective of this explosion in technology will be to bring Singularity to pass. There is a spiritual aspect to Singularity that is part of Bible prophecy that must come to pass. Man is racing toward a scientific conclusion and many have no idea that they are working to bring this about. When mankind reaches Singularity it will result in an incredible confrontation between man and God.

The main science mega-project of the 2045 Initiative aims to create technologies enabling the transfer of a individual’s personality to a more advanced non-biological carrier, and extending life, including to the point of immortality. The "2045" team is working towards creating an international research center where leading scientists will be engaged in research and development in the fields of anthropomorphic robotics, living systems modeling and brain and consciousness modeling with the goal of transferring one’s individual consciousness to an artificial carrier and achieving cybernetic immortality. Ultimately an avatar. Nanotechnology is a key foundation to the World 2045 agenda and is a technology that allows for manipulation of matter beginning at the nanometer (nm) scale, commonly on the 1–100 nm range. The ability to work at this molecular level will allow for the fabrication of unique materials and devices with improved and novel properties, such as enhanced water repellency or the increased performance of chemical reactions (catalysis) due to dramatically increased active surface areas." Ultimately through nanotechnology, biological systems would be able to integrate with computer chips in a way where the 2 different platforms would seamlessly communicate together in harmony.
By manipulating molecules to form in particular shapes, scientists believe we can build materials with amazing properties. One example is a carbon nanotube. To create a carbon nanotube, you start with a sheet of graphite molecules, which you roll up into a tube. The orientation of the molecules determines the nanotube's properties. For example, you could end up with a conductor or a semiconductor. Rolled the right way, the carbon nanotube will be hundreds of times stronger than steel but only one-sixth the weight That's just one aspect of nanotechnology. Another is that materials aren't the same at the nanoscale as they are at larger scales. Researchers with the United States Department of Energy discovered in 2005 that gold shines differently at the nanoscale than it does in bulk. They also noticed that materials possess different properties of magnetism and temperature at the nanoscale. Because the science deals with the basic building blocks of matter, there are countless applications. Some seem almost mundane -- nanoparticles of zinc oxide in sunblock allow you to spread a transparent lotion on your skin and remain protected. Others sound like science fiction -- doctors are attempting to use the protein casings from viruses to deliver minute amounts of drugs to treat cancer. As we learn more about how molecules work and how to manipulate them, Nanotechnology will change the world. But ultimately this agenda is one which resonates with the Transhumanist dream. Creating an era of PostHuman. Transhumanism (abbreviated as H+ or h+) is an international cultural and intellectual movement with an eventual goal of fundamentally transforming the human condition by developing and making widely available technologies to greatly enhance human intellectual, physical, and psychological capacities.

They speculate that human beings may eventually be able to transform themselves into beings with such greatly expanded abilities as to merit the label "posthuman Another aspect of transhumanism is that although some transhumanists report having religious or spiritual views, they are for the most part atheists, agnostics or secular humanists. Despite the prevailing secular attitude, some transhumanists pursue hopes traditionally espoused by religions, such as "immortality", while several controversial new religious movements, originating in the late 20th century, have explicitly embraced transhumanist goals of transforming the human condition by applying technology to the alteration of the mind and body, such as Raëlism. However, most thinkers associated with the transhumanist movement focus on the practical goals of using technology to help achieve longer and healthier lives; while speculating that future understanding of neurotheology and the application of neurotechnology will enable humans to gain greater control of altered states of consciousness, which were commonly interpreted as "spiritual experiences", and thus achieve more profound self-knowledge. Many transhumanists believe in the compatibility of human minds with computer hardware, with the theoretical implication that human consciousness may someday be transferred to alternative media, a speculative technique commonly known as "mind uploading". The first dialogue between transhumanism and faith was a one-day conference held at the University of Toronto in 2004. Religious critics alone faulted the philosophy of transhumanism as offering no eternal truths nor a relationship with the divine. They commented that a philosophy bereft of these beliefs leaves humanity adrift in a foggy sea of postmodern cynicism and anomie. Transhumanists responded that such criticisms reflect a failure to look at the actual content of the transhumanist philosophy, which far from being cynical, is rooted in optimistic, idealistic attitudes that trace back to the Enlightenment. Following this dialogue, William Sims Bainbridge, a sociologist of religion, conducted a pilot study, published in the Journal of Evolution and Technology, suggesting that religious attitudes were negatively correlated with acceptance of transhumanist ideas, and indicating that individuals with highly religious worldviews tended to perceive transhumanism as being a direct, competitive (though ultimately futile) affront to their spiritual beliefs. In conclusion is the Mark of the Beast simply Sunday worship as espoused by Seventh Day Adventist or Visa/MasterCard or the UPC bar code or even Islam. It is clear from the overwhelming evidence presented that it is something far more sinister. Those suggestions whilst holding some merit simply do not in any way take into account the exhaustive and dramatic rise of the transhumanist agenda. The Mark of the Beast is ultimately a technology that alters the DNA of mankind and does this on the premise that it is offering a much more safe and secure way of transacting in the age of electronic commerce. The spiritual ignorance of mankind is that whilst they believe it will be a progressive technology that helps man to be relevant in the age of the singularity, the downside is that it will be soul of man that will be offered as part of the exchanged in being eternally removed from Gods redemptive plan.

666 SINGULARITY PART 6 – FINALITY OF THE MARK 10. MAITREYA – THE 666 CONNECTION The Bible does not identify the name of the beast. Again, Many authors have attempted to "name" the Beast. From a "resurrected" Hitler, King Hussein of Jordan, Judas Iscariot, Nero, the Pope, Barack Obama, Prince Charles of Wales, Islam and the list goes on. Until the antichrist actually is revealed (2 Thessalonian. 2:3), any attempts to "name" the antichrist is speculation, at best. "Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for the number is that of a man; and his number is six hundred and sixty-six." (Rev. 13:18).
666 is the number of the antichrist, the end-times figure who will arise with the purpose of opposing God and God's people. 666 is the gematria of the name of the antichrist. In Greek and Hebrew there are no numeric characters. There are only alpha characters. For example, the letters a, b, c, d, e, f, etc., are alpha characters. The numbers 0, 1, 2, 3, etc., are numeric characters. They are different--except for the letter "o" and the number "0." When the Greeks wanted to write a number, they used letters for numbers. The Greek letter "alpha" had the numeric equivalent of 1. The next letter "beta" has the numeric equivalent of 2, and so on. Therefore, whenever a word in Greek is written and because the letters are also numbers, every word has a numeric value. This numeric value is called a gematria. The Greek word for Jesus (iasous, Ἰησοῦς) has a mathematical equivalent of 888. Also, the Greek word for fish (ichthus, ἰχθύς) is 1224. The Bible is saying that the future antichrist will have a name that when written in Greek, it will have a numeric equivalent of 666. Despite this speculators still decided to ignore this fact and use English to come up with all kinds of sensational conclusions. The most popular attempts to gematria the English alphabet uses a base number of 6. For instance A=6, B=12, C=18, et al. With this six-base-gematria-English-nonsense — Kissinger, computer, mark of the beast, New York, A Rockefeller, witchcraft, dragon, and many more add up to 666.

John Sweet makes these statements in Revelation: "Clearly there were too many possibilities in a large number for one to calculate the name from the number — unless one knew it already. . . So the call for wisdom is not to decipher the number, but to recognize its significance, and act." (John Sweet, Revelation, 1979, p.217)
Joseph Seiss writes: "The arithmetic of it, and the hidden indication which it carries of the precise man who is to be the final Antichrist, need not concern us much. The endless guesses and experiments with which expositors have occupied themselves and their readers on this point can be of very little practical worth to us. When the monster comes, 'the righteous shall understand'." (Joseph Seiss, The Apocalypse, 1865, p. 459)
E.W. Bullinger makes this enlightening and worthwhile statement in "Number in Scripture": "Gematria is not a means by which the name is to be discovered; but it will be a test and a proof by which the name may be identified after the person is revealed". (E.W. Bullinger, Number in Scripture, p. 282)
However there is one theory that does deserve mention because of its consistency with following the Greek gematria system and it is this. Take the name Maitreya, and translate it into Hebrew. Then take those letters, and add them all up using the Hebrew gematria numerical system, and you get exactly 666. Now this is probably more interesting than significant as the Gematria system of reference for Revelation 13 is Greek since the New testament was written in Greek. Translate the name Maitreya into Greek, and then add those letters up using the gematria system, and you get exactly 666 once again.
Grant Jeffrey writes in Prince of Darkness: “The number 666 indicates that the letters in the Greek form of the name of the Antichrist will add up to 666. There is a slim possibility that his name will equal 666 in the Hebrew language since the Antichrist will be Jewish. The numeric system does not work in English or in languages other than Greek or Hebrew, so it is useless to calculate the values of names in these modern languages.” (Grant R. Jeffrey, Prince of Darkness, pp. 275, 277)
Whilst we cannot conclude that Maitreya is the actual name of the Antichrist it is a point of interest that Maitreya adds up to 666 in the Hebrew and Greek considering that the Lord Maitreya is a false spirit linked to the whole New age cosmic Christ belief system, propagated by Share International. Both Alice Bailey and Elizabeth Van Buren make reference to Sanata Kumara in, Externalisation of the Hierarchy, p.676, 709, 725; and The Secret of the Illuminati, p.1. Bailey goes on to explain that Sanat Kumara is the "life and the forming intelligence", presiding over the Council of Shamballa [the Heaven according to New Age doctrine]. She also refers to him as the head of the Hierarchy, the Creator (although not the ultimate creator), the Eternal Youth, the Heavenly Man, and most often as The Lord of the World
There are some final interesting thoughts related to "the name of the Beast". Arthur W. Pink, in his excellent classic, The Antichrist, says about the name: "This ‘mark’ on the persons of the subjects of the Beast will be, we believe, the name of the Devil, (cf. Rev. 13:4), as the seal on the foreheads of God's servants is defined in 14:1 as ‘having their Father's name written on their foreheads’". (Arthur W. Pink, The Antichrist, p. 200)

If God is going to write "His name" on the forehead of His children then it’s a good assumption that Satan will do the same. 666 SINGULARITY PART 6 – FINALITY OF THE MARK 11. PREPARING FOR THE KING OF KINGS The evidence presented in 666 Singularity confirms the accuracy of biblical prophecy. Thousands of years ago the prophets foretold that in the last days the world’s nations would join together in a global government. The Bible also foretold that in the last days a world dictator would rise, one who would be able to control the allegiance of everyone on earth, “small and great, rich and poor, free and bond” (Revelation 13:16). For the first time in history, it is possible for the ancient prophecies to be fulfilled. Every action of every person is now being monitored as new surveillance technologies allow governments to watch, record, and use information about the activities and economic transactions of each citizen. Because of our loss of privacy, humanity stands at a crossroads. The decisions made by individuals and government leaders will determine whether surveillance technology will be used to improve the lot of humanity or whether it will be turned against us and used to enslave us. The tools already exist to equip the coming global government with everything it needs to create the totalitarian surveillance nightmare described in the books of Daniel and Revelation. The nightmare will end only when the Lord Jesus Christ returns from heaven to defeat the forces of the Antichrist. Those who love their freedom and privacy need to be aware of the growing dangers, and they need to alert their representatives in government to the threats posed by these technologies. We also need to oppose all policies that weaken and destroy our freedom. Jesus warned His disciples, “When ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled” (Matthew 24:33–34). The message of prophecy is vital to the Church in these last days for four basic reasons. The first is that the accuracy of the fulfillment of the prophetic message proves the inspiration of the Scriptures and validates the message of Jesus Christ as the inspired Word of God. Second, the prophecies call on Christians to live in holiness in an immoral world. The New Testament tells us that the hope of the Second Coming of Christ demands that Christians live in holiness while awaiting His return. “And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure” (1 John 3:3). The third reason is this: prophecy is vital in that it encourages Christians to witness with urgency to their friends, neighbors, and family while they still have time to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. The apostle John warns us with Jesus’ words that we have only a limited time to share our faith with others. Jesus said, “I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work” (John 9:4). Jesus urgently witnessed to His generation because He knew they were approaching the prophesied destruction of Jerusalem and Israel in A.D. 70. Likewise, our generation is quickly approaching the time of the Second Coming of Christ. Our opportunity to witness to those around us is limited. In light of the soon coming of our Lord, we need to witness with urgency to our generation. The fourth reason is that prophecy is the most effective way available to us to witness to friends and family who have not yet found faith in Jesus. There is an inborn curiosity in every human heart about the future and how it will unfold. 666 SINGULARITY PART 6 – FINALITY OF THE MARK fascinated by the fulfillment of prophecy in our generation. And fulfilled prophecy always points to the truthfulness of the Word of God. In this report, attention has been focused on the remarkable technology of surveillance and on the economic, political, and military developments that are rushing us toward the final world government described in the Word of God. These same incredibly accurate Scriptures prophesied that every one of us will soon face our personal appointment with God. The writer of the book of Hebrews wrote about our personal destiny: “It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment” (Hebrews 9:27). The apostle Paul said that God “now commandeth all men every where to repent: Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead” (Acts 17:30–31). Every one of us will someday soon come face to face with Jesus Christ to give an account of the decision we have made regarding our relationship with Him. Every one of us has sinned by rebelling against God throughout our lives. The apostle Paul wrote, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). The sacrificial death of Jesus on the Cross is the key to bringing us to a place of peace with God. The death of our old sinful nature, as we identify with Christ’s death on the Cross, is the key to finding true peace with God. Jesus asked His disciples this vital question, “Whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God” (Matthew 16:15–16). Every one of us must answer that question for ourselves. Your answer will determine your eternal destiny. If we refuse to answer, we have already rejected Christ’s claims to be our Savior. According to God’s Word, the choices we make in this life will have eternal consequences in the next. The apostle Paul wrote, “For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God” (Romans 14:11–12). Appearing in front of the throne of God in heaven, every single human will bow his or her knee to Jesus Christ and acknowledge Him as Almighty God. The question to you is this: Will you choose to repent of your sins now and spiritually bow your knee willingly to your Savior and Lord? Or will you reject His offer of salvation today and finally be forced by His majesty to bow your knee as you face your final Judge, just before you are sent to an eternity in hell? When we finally meet Christ on Judgment Day, everyone will know whether we accepted or rejected His precious gift of salvation. When Jesus was crucified, He paid the complete price of our sins. His final statement before His death was, “It is finished” (John 19:30). As the sinless Lamb of God, Jesus allowed Himself to be offered as a perfect Sacrifice to pay the price of our sins and to reconcile each of us to God. However, in a manner similar to a pardon offered to a prisoner awaiting execution, each of us must repent of our sins and personally accept Christ’s pardon. That is the only way that His salvation will become effective in our lives. As the prophetic clock ticks on toward the final midnight hour, the invitation of Christ is still open: “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me” (Revelation 3:20).
