Danny the Detective Dog Hello! My name is Danny. I am a dog- a detective dog. I am trying to catch Sara the Squirrel, the most wanted criminal in Zoo Village. Catherine the Cat, my assistant, is helping me catch her. We live in a city full of animals, not humans. So we have no owners and we have our own lives and jobs. Here’s my story: One day I was walking down Treat Street. I saw Sara the Squirrel going after Bunny. I tried to go after her but she saw me coming. “You will never catch me, Danny!”, Sara shouted as she ran away. I called Catherine and she picked me up. We planned to go back to headquarters. As we were driving, I asked, “Catherine, where is Sara now?” “ I was able to track her going to the Museum of Acorns,” said Catherine. “I think she is trying to get the famous Golden Acorn.” “Oh my goodness!”, I shouted, “we have to get there fast!” We reached my house which is our headquarters. We ran to the invisible jet and sped to the acorn museum. We spotted her trying to climb on the Golden Acorn case. I took my detective collar off and pushed the red button on it. It sounded a booming alarm. Sara looked up and lost her balance. We ran to her and caught her! “Your stealing days are over, Sara!”, I said. We took her back to the invisible jet. “NOOOOO!,” screamed Sara. We took her to the Paw-lice station. Our city is finally back to normal. A successful day for Danny the Detective Dog!
