Kendall County Crime Stoppers 630-553-5999 On Monday, December 20, 2010, at approximately 11:00 a.m. 2 male African Americans entered the Jewel Food Store, 2540 Route 30, in Oswego and took an undisclosed amount of money from the TCF Bank located within Jewel. One of the suspects implied he had a weapon, but did not display the weapon. The first suspect was a male African American, 5’8” to 5’10” thin build and clean shaving wearing a black hat with a silver or shiny emblem on the front, black jacket and dark colored pants. The second suspect was a male African American 5’8” to 5’9” medium build with possible facial hair wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with a black vest and dark pants. Both suspects exited the store on foot and ran north away from the store. A suspect vehicle is a dark grey 4 door car with a sunroof. No one was hurt or injured during the incident.
