The Associated Construction Contractors of New Jersey has scheduled the next Membership Meeting for Tuesday, March 11, 2014, 5:30 pm, at the Doubletree Hotel, Tinton Falls-Eatontown, NJ. Brian Deery, Senior Director, Highway & Transportation Division at the Associated General Contractors of America, will join us for a discussion on the regulatory issue of “Disadvantaged Business Enterprises” (DBEs). Mr. Deery will provide members with an update on active rulemaking proposals, present a detailed overview of DBE programs, further expound on AGC/A’s efforts to halt regulatory action, and make himself available to answer ACCNJ members’ questions. In addition, Associate members are invited to participate in table top displays. Please reserve your space on the attached form and return as soon as possible. Space is limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a fee of $25 per company. As an Associate member, the cost for the dinner is $90 per person.
