Annual Meeting Notice Amended June 19, 2014 Dear Wilson Mesa Ranch Homeowners: Our annual homeowners’ meeting (Saturday July 5th, 2014) is fast approaching. Elections for the WMRHOA Board will be held at the meeting and this year we have three open board positions. A secret Ballot and Proxy from ASAP have already been mailed. Agenda for 2014 Annual Meeting: Approve minutes from 2013 meeting Financials Architecture Roads/Weeds Election of Board Members Proposed Amendment to WMR Covenants to prohibit short term rentals and remove the restriction on when the Covenants can be amended. [agenda item added by amended meeting notice] We are going to conduct straw poll of the owners present at the meeting to ascertain their opinion on the proposed individual amendments to the WMRCovenants. Your attendance and participation in our annual homeowners’ meeting is very important! We need your guidance as we face many issues and want to address any concerns you may have.
