Rebate Offer Requirements 1. Rebates must be submitted by the consumer. Proof of purchase (copy of sales invoice) must be provided by a participating authorized dealer dated April 1st, 2017 through December 31st, 2017. All submissions must be postmarked on or before January 15th, 2018. No late submissions will be accepted.
