To receive frequency discounts, advertiser must be on contract. If a new ad is not supplied in time for a contracted ad date, the ad that previously ran will be used. Unfulfilled contracts or contracts cancelled prior to completion will be invoiced at the contracted rate. Contract advertisers are protected against a rate increase for the contract period. This Agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any action relating to this Agreement or the matter discussed herein shall be mandatory in the Fort Bend County, Texas. Each party agrees that this
Agreement contains and constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between them with respect to its subject matter. Print quantities and distribution may vary slightly due to paper increases, trade shows or promotional copies. TERMS: Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. A late fee of 2% will be charged to any accounts over 30 days. Customers paying by credit card must pay by the 10th of the month that the ad ran. Advertiser authorizes publisher to charge invoices if credit card is listed.
