D2 HYDROGEN MAINTENANCE BAY UPGRADE FOR THE PERIOD: TBD, 2016 THROUGH TBD, 2016 Addendum No. 4 Dated November 20, 2015 The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District herewith issues this Addendum No.4 to the above referenced Invitation for Bid. Except as modified below, all other terms and conditions shall remain in effect. District will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. District will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by District, and delivered as follows: 1. Bid Date: Not Later than October 27, 2015 December 8th 2015 2. Bid Time: 11:00 a.m. local time. 3. Location: AC Transit Purchasing Office, 1600 Franklin Street, 8th Floor, Oakland, CA 94612 (Note that bids delivered to AC Transit offices may be left at the guard’s desk in the lobby.) The District will be publishing a revision to Division 8, due to the significance of the revision the bid opening date has been changed to December 8th, 2015. Please note: All bids received in anticipation of the November 17th bid date have been returned to the respective bidders. This was done to insure all bidders have a change to re-evaluate after the release of the revised Division 8. The District anticipates releasing the Addendum covering the changes to Division 8 no later than November 24th, 2015.
