BIRD ABATEMENT NETTING FOR THE PERIOD: AUGUST 3, 2015 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2015 Addendum No. 3 dated July 30, 2015 The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District herewith issues this Addendum No. 3 to the above reference Invitation for Bid. Amendments to Invitation For Bids NONE Amendments to the General Conditions, Instructions and Information for Proposers NONE Amendments to the Special Conditions On page 3 OF 35 Section 19 Addition of subsection C is as follows: There will be an opportunity for a Pre-Bid and Job Walk follow up. This is in response to the concerns regarding boom trucks and access in the maintenance bays. This will take place at 1177 47th Street, Emeryville, California 94608 between the hours of 9:00 am and 10:30 am on August 3 2015.
On page 3 of 35 Section 19 subsection B is hereby changed as follows: Prospective Contractors must submit questions regarding this IFB via electronic transmission to Shawn Walker at
[email protected]. Transmissions must be received no later than August 3, 2015 at 11:00am August 4, 2015 at 11:00AM. Questions will be answered at the pre-proposal conference however, an official Addendum providing responses to all questions will be posted to AC Transit website no later than August 4, 2015 at 4:00pm. August 5, 2015 at 4:00pm.
