Except as modified below, all other terms and conditions shall remain in effect. Amendments to Invitation For Bids BIDS WILL BE OPENED 1600 Franklin Street, 8th Floor, Oakland, CA by 11:00 a.m. on December 3rd 21st 2015. Amendments to the General Conditions, Instructions and Information for Proposers NONE Amendments to the Special Conditions A. A job walk will be held November 11 December 8th, 2015 at 11am at the Central Maintenance Facility located at 10626 International Blvd, Oakland, California 94603. Mr. Dan Ruslen will be conducting the job walk. While attendance is not mandatory, if a proposer intends to submit a proposal on this project it is highly recommended to attend. B.
Prospective Contractors must submit questions regarding this IFB via electronic transmission to Shawn Walker at
[email protected] Transmissions must be received no later than November 20 December 14th, 2015 by 5:00PM. Questions will be answered at the pre-proposal conference however, an official Addendum providing responses to all questions will be posted to AC Transit website no later than December 18th , 2015 by 4:00pm.
