BOTTLED WATER SERVICES ADDENDUM Number 1 dated September 25, 2014 The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District herewith issues this Addendum No.1 to the above reference Invitation for Bid. Amendments to Request for Proposal NONE Amendments to the General Conditions, Instructions and Information for Bidders NONE Amendments to the Special Conditions NONE Amendments to the Bid Form Price Quotation AC TRANSIT wishes to lease forty-five (45) Dispensers (hot and cold) units, and have five (5) gallon bottled water delivered on a weekly SEMI-MONTHLY basis to several District locations. At time of award, the successful bidder shall provide a delivery schedule for pick-up and drop off of bottled water refills for each location stated on page thirteen of this Invitation for Bid.
