BXB Completes UFO Installation in Abhar Azad University Writer/ Dept. of International Sales
Abhar Islamic Azad University is one of the greatest success stories of higher education in Iran, since 1982, three decades of academic hard work it includes over 4 million graduates, 1.7 million current students, 29 thousands faculty members and over 35 thousands administrative staff. With 472 campuses and research centers in the homeland and 4 campuses overseas, together with a range of hospitals, laboratories, workshops, sports facilities, recreational areas and ITC facilities. Islamic Azad University conference hall equipped with BXB UFO series which includes 1 chairman, 39 delegates table-top microphone. BXB UFO table-top awarded iF International design award earlier in 2015; that is the first time from the Asian conference system manufacturers. The system integrated with camera control unit BXB-C901 which will navigate the speakers during the meeting and instantly show in two screen installed in the hall. Voice activation mode can be configured to track speakers. Camera control unit till four camera operation, each camera will shoot 128 preset, which is also affordable for big conference halls. The system apply Cat-5e LAN cable with daisy connection. It can control up to 10 chairman and 999 delegate units by extension power supply. Chairman can be plugged in anywhere within the loop. Simultaneously up to 30 microphones can talk, without speaking 10-99 seconds microphone will be automatically off. After installation when power on system auto-test function work automated, it will show failed connection flashing the red light. In addition main control unit provides RS-232 interface supported with Crestron or AMX wired or wireless touch screens.
Moreover, graphical control software FCS-3071 consist of “Edit” and “Operate” parts, including seat arrangement, attendee data, agenda, camera setting, data import and export. Uploading participant’s name, contact information, and agenda will help tremendously to chairman run the meeting efficiently. All meeting will be recorded in MP3 format.
