OVID TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION OVID TOWNSHIP OFFICE, BRANCH COUNTY, MICHIGAN September 4, 2018 SEPTEMBER MEETING MINUTES The Ovid Township Planning Commission was called to order by Andy AcMoody at 7:30p.m. Members present: Andy AcMoody, Chris Donbrock, Sean Groves, Tammi Schorfhaar Others present: None Chris Donbrock made a motion to approve the Agenda; seconded by Sean Groves; motion carried. Tammi Schorfhaar made a motion to approve the June 26, 2018 Planning Commission Meeting minutes, seconded by Chris Donbrock; motion carried. Old Business: None New Business: Additions to the Ovid Township Zoning Permit Cost Fee Schedule were discussed. Chris Donbrock moved that fees for Residential Solar Panels and Wind Turbines and fees for Residential Driveways (for non-new construction) would go under the Accessory Permit Fee of $50; and fees for Commercial Solar Panels and Wind Turbines would go under the Commercial >5000 square foot Fee of $400 (this is per site). Sean Groves seconded; the motion carried. Public comment: There was conversation about including additional information (both opposition and support) in the Minutes, under Public Comment, that is presented by members of the public during the meeting. Next meeting is Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 7:30p.m. Sean Groves made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Chris Donbrock; motion carried.
