Some important things we’ll include in the offer are: The purchase price you have determined based on my Comparative Market Analysis and the estimate of closing costs We’ll review your loan pre-approval and work together with your loan officer to select the mortgage program that best fits your needs Personal property in the home that you would like to include in the sale Inspections that you elect The date you choose to close and take possession
Once you have reached agreement with the Seller, you will have a firm contract to purchase the home.
Many details need to be taken care of in order to complete a home purchase. It can take 15-90 days to complete all the steps involved. I will work closely with everyone involved to help ensure that things move ahead smoothly.
