July 22 (Friday): Lunch Bunch – New Canal Lighthouse/The Blue Crab ▪ This famous NOLA landmark, first built in 1839, was rebuilt by the Lake Ponchartrain Basin Foundation and is the fourth lighthouse on the site ▪ Take a guided tour of the museum, visit the gift shop and hear about the history of a light, a lake and a coast ▪ enjoy lunch on your own at the Blue Crab Restaurant and Oyster Bar, overlooking Lake Pontchartrain ▪ the atmosphere will bring you right back to the good old days of West End $10.00 p.p.
