PART-TIME OFFICE SPECIALIST New Horizon Farms is seeking a part-time office specialist to provide office support to the Accounting and Customer Service Division The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include: • Greet and assist customers • Operate multi-phone system to answer, screen and/or forward calls, provide information, take messages and/or schedule appointments • Posting, verifiying and reconciling accounts payable/receivable • Data entry into Peachtree and Excel • Filing and retrieving documents for other office personnel Best qualified candidates will have: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Experience working with confidential information • Two years relevant work experience using databases and performing data entry where accuracy is essential • Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs; particiulary Excel • Experience with Peachtree a plus
