Highlighted Wins - EXPANDING CLIENT SERVICES Partner Bill Mellon and Senior Manager Scott Parker recently won substantial new work from an existing client, Houston International Insurance Group (HIIG), which has been a client for three years. Our team performs MGA Inspections on their behalf on a retainer basis, equaling approximately 750 hours a year at a total fee of $138,000. Due to a well-timed client development trip to HIIG’s home office in Houston, Bill and Scott were able to meet with the client’s newly appointed Director of Internal Audit and secured work to document their Internal Controls for a fee of $250,000. Since that time, the engagement has expanded even further to include documentation of IT General Controls and reconciliation work for an additional fee of $150,000.
