We believe in each student’s dignity, worth and unlimited potential for growth. We believe that education is relevant to the student, community, society and world. Experiences provided in the curriculum relate to and promote the richness and diversity of human experience and inspire each student to improve the condition of mankind.

We believe that a comprehensive career development program is an integral component of public education. To attain occupational competencies and related academic achievement is a shared responsibility of home, school and community. Career education develops salable skills, good work habits and ability to get along with others. Provision is made to utilize career experiences provided by business and industry under a plan in which students are selected and supervised in those experiences which are meaningful to the learner, useful to the employer and acceptable to teachers and parents.

In the final analysis, we believe all learning is personal. The student acquires critical thinking skills, respect for self and others, and capacity for self-direction and achievement as a contributing member of society.
