Any unauthorised change in personnel, equipment or working conditions as mentioned in the application by the person licensed shall constitute a breach of license. It is the responsibility of the licensee to take prior permission from the prescribed authority to stop the activity as permitted in this license' The licensee shall comply the conditions stipulated in the attached Annexure I. License is liable to be cancelled in case of violation of any Acts, Rules, Regulation, guidelines relating to the operation of Septage system or in case of safety protocols not being adhered to or in case of non-permitted disposals' and is not The license may be suspended or revoked for condition of non-compliance by the transferable. Copy of the license shall be carried in every registered vehicle used licensee.

conditions for license for collection, transportation and disposal of septage

The authorized license shall comply with "Operative Guidelines on Septage Management

(Collection, Transportation Treatment and Disposal) in Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation (GWMC) - 20L6" and the amendments made there under from time to time. The License should handle the waste without any adverse effects to human health and

the environment. Shall attend the request received from the citizen for desludging within 24hrs. The vehicle should have a valid permit from the transport department to operate in Warangal and also valid "Pollution Under Control" certificate. The licensee shall comply all the relevant provisions of motor vehicles act, 1988 or Rules there under The vehicle should have valid fitness certificate. The septage vehicles shall be fitted with Global Position System (GpS) and the details GPS shall be shared with GWMC for monitoring purpose.

gas detectors, rubber boot, face mask, eye protection, gas masks, protective gear, oxygen mask with oxygen cylinder and first aid box etc. and such other measures as prescribed by the officer authorized by GWMC for grant of license for the safe operation of the people deployed.

After each desludging operation, the area shall be properly cleaned and disinfected with relevant cleaning agents such as bleaching powder and lime' After desludging, workers should follow proper hygiene practices such as washing hands with soap.
