For 14 years, the Marquette Food Coop has been coordinating tours of local farms throughout the Upper Peninsula to offer everyone the opportunity to find out where their food comes from, learn about how it’s grown or raised, and meet the farmers who are dedicated to providing our area with fresh, quality food. N6301 Rock River Road, Chatham, MI 49816 Producing: Herbs, Plant Starts-annuals and perennials Directions: Take U.S. 41 South approximately 18 miles. Take a left on M-94 East and continue to Chatham. At the four way stop in Chatham turn left onto Rock River Road. Follow Rock River Road 2.75 miles. Driveway is on the left.

Cloverland Farm

1030 Old Little Lake Road, Marquette, MI 49855 Producing: Eggs Directions: Take U.S. 41 South about 6 miles, turn right onto County Road 545 N. Travel 2 miles, turn right onto Old Little Lake Road. Destination is about a ¼ mile down the road on the right. Please park by the house unless otherwise noted at the driveway.

724 Greenfield Road, Marquette, MI 49855 Producing: Eggs, Flowers, Fruit, Herbs, Meat, Mushrooms, Plant Starts, Poultry, Vegetables Directions: Take U.S. 41 South 7 miles, turn left on Mangum Road. (GT Sales is on the corner). About 3 miles down, turn right onto Greenfield Road. The driveway is a ½ mile down on the left.

2480 Yukon Trail, Republic, MI 49879 Producing: Vegetables Directions: Take U.S. 41 west approximately 26.6 miles and turn left onto M-95 South. Drive about 18 miles , then turn right onto County Road 601. Continue straight onto County Road Lighthouse/Fence Rive Road. Drive 4 miles then turn right on Yukon Trail. Driveway is on the right.

25993 Pike Lake Road, Nisula, MI 49952 Producing: Maple Syrup Directions: Take U.S. 41 N about 58 miles, turn left on M-38. Continue on M-38 for about 15 miles, then turn right on Pike Lake Road. In another 2 miles, turn left at North Laird Road. 16738 Pine Creek Road, L’Anse, MI 49946 Producing: Honey Directions: Take U.S. 41 to Baraga. Turn left on M-38. Go 12 miles and turn right onto Pine Creek Road. Drive ¾ of a mile (past the casino, airport and Ottawa Sports Club). Driveway is on the left, set back in the woods. It’s a new house and garage – if you see a broken down greenhouse with boats, go back one driveway.

N5431 Rock River Road, Chatham, MI 49816 Producing: Organic Vegetables & Organic Strawberries Take U.S. 41 South approximately 18 miles. Take a left on M-94 East and continue to Chatham. At the four-way stop in Chatham, turn left onto Rock River Road. Destination is the first driveway to the left – watch for signage.

N7561 La Combe Road, Munising, MI 49862 Producing: Eggs, Flowers, Heirloom Dry Beans, Herbs, Jam/Jelly, Maple Syrup, Plant Starts, Vegetables, Woven Rugs Directions: Take U.S. 41 South approximately 3 miles. Turn left onto M-28 East in Harvey. Go approximately 29 miles, then turn right on La Combe Road (dead end, gravel road). Go a ½ mile and the “micro-farm” is on the right.

NOTE: All directions depart from downtown Marquette, driving directly to each farm. If you’re leavingfrom another location or driving from one farm to the next, you may want to seek out more accurate driving instructions. Tours operate rain or shine, so please dress appropriately. PLEASE NO PETS.
