Register at registration table starting at 4:00 p.m. Scales close at 5:00 p.m. Registration for all classes will close at the start of the first class of the day. The required signature of parent or guardian releases the Attica Fair Association and the Seneca East Young Farmers from any financial responsibility due to accident. Children must be weighed in at registration. ONCE WEIGHED THE FIRST TIME, THIS WEIGHT WILL APPLY FOR ALL OTHER DAYS OF COMPETITION PULLING. SEYF scale is the official weighing equipment. No other weights will be accepted. Pedal tractors will be furnished for all participants. The contestant must be able to pedal the tractor without assistance. For the safety of the participants it is not permitted to jerk the tractor by pulling on the steering wheel. Pull is done at that point. It is required that all contestants wear shoes. It is recommended that they wear tennis shoes or rubber soled shoes. All contestants will be given two changes to get the sled moving from the starting line. The pulling tractor must stay between the lines of the pulling lane at all times. It the tractor leaves the pulling lane, the distance will be measured from the startling line to the point where the tractor crossed the boundary. Only 1 restart allowed after stopping on track. Yanking of steering wheel is not permitted. Measurement will be taken at that point. Contestants may compete as many days as they wish. Previous qualifiers can pull at the end of their respective class. Each weekday winner is eligible for the Championship Pull on Saturday. There will be four classes of contestants as follows:

The Championship Pull will be held on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. with each of the daily winners competing in the weight class in which they previously qualified in.

PRIZES: Daily winners will receive ribbons for the first three places in each class. st
Saturday’s Championship Pull:
1 Place winners of each class will receive a Trophy, T-Shirt and cash. 2nd Place winners of each class will receive a Trophy, T-Shirt and cash. 3rd Place winners of each class will receive a Trophy, T-Shirt and cash.
