Entrants & alternates must be present at this drawing to guarantee their position in the test. The first track will run shortly after the draw.

Entry fees & forms: $110.00 (includes $0.50 AKC recording and $3.00 service fee). No entry fees will be refunded except for an entrant that pulls before the closing date; or an entrant and/or alternate that does not participate when another alternate is present to replace him prior to the track draw on the day of the test. Make checks payable to GKCDTC and mail with st entry fee to: Darcy Seeger 12622 W 101 St Lenexa KS 66215 Entries will not be accepted without fees and must be on an Official AKC form that includes the reverse side of the form. In the event that you enter more than one dog, please send a separate check for each entry. When using the club’s “Test Worker Option” please include a valid test worker certificate with the entry. Returned Checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Trial Secretary may add a fee to each returned check. No entries will be accepted which require a signature for delivery. Bitches in season may participate in this test. The test secretary and judges are to be notified prior to the drawing for running order the day of the test. The last track(s) to be laid shall be reserved for the bitch(es) in season. If there is more than one bitch is season, a second draw will be held for these bitches Closing date: Entries for the test close Wednesday, 5pm CST February 16, 2017. After that time entries cannot be accepted, canceled, altered, or substituted. Changes, additions or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing prior to close of entries. Drawing of entries for the test: A drawing will be held at 7:00pm on st Wednesday, February 16, 2017 at the home of the secretary, 12622 W 101 St Lenexa KS 66215 to fill entry limits of 6 tracks. If the limit is not reached, the draw is optional. The drawing is open to the public. The drawing, conducted by the test secretary, shall be completely at random, except preference will be given to those entries that have not earned a TDX title. The test worker draw option as allowed by AKC Tracking regulations, Chapter 1, Section 13(d) will be used in this test for workers as defined and published as Club Policy in the club’s minutes and newsletter. Two (2) tracks may be set aside for the test worker option. Following the draw, the test secretary will attempt to contact all entrants and advise them of the outcome within 48 hours. E-mail & phone inquires to the secretary after the draw, are welcome. Upon notification, alternates shall have the option of accepting or refusing the opportunity to participate in the test. In the event an accepted entry is absent on the day of the test, the first alternate entry present according to the order in which they were drawn shall assume the vacant position. Coffee, juice and breakfast items will be available at the draw site the morning of the test. Dogs must be on lead at all times in any area of the tracking site on the test day. The GKCDTC Test Committee, track-layers and judges are planning on meeting for a “dutch treat” luncheon at a local restaurant in Smithville Page 3 of 4

following the test. Please join us for awards, congratulations, and camaraderie. More information will be provided at the draw the day of the test. GKCDTC Inc., the test secretary, test committee, club members, etc. assume no responsibility for loss, damage or injury sustained by spectators, exhibitors, and exhibitor’s property, their dogs and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children. Arbitration: The Greater Kansas City Dog Training Club does not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the Official AKC entry form for this event.
