2017 Registrations Now Open! Our online registration system is now active so log on and register for the 2017 netball season. You will have received an email from our Registrar Jane Leivesley with a letter attached detailing how to register online - if not please email Jane

If you would prefer to pay by cash or cheque then pop along to one of our Registration events. Held at GPCC on Wed 1st Feb at 3:30-4:30pm and then again on Sat 4th Feb at 10am-12pm we would be happy to take your payment, assist you with registering online and get you fitted with a uniform. The Committee will be there to answer your questions and have a chat about the coming season.
Our registrations fees will stay the same again for 2017 - that’s the third year in a row! Divisions And Grading GOSFORD NETBALL ASSOCIATION LEVEL:
In 2016 Gosford Netball Association (GNA) have made some changes to team divisions. These changes are aimed at strengthening the 14 to 17 year competition and to avoid moving younger players in senior grades before they are 18. Please find a list of division and age groups below: SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM: NetSetGo: players turning 5 to 10 NON-COMPETITIVE PROGRAM: 7yrs Nettas: players turning 6 and 7 8yrs Nettas: players turning 8 9yrs Nettas: players turning 9
GPCC NETBALL CLUB LEVEL:
COMPETITION PROGRAM: 10yrs: players turning 10 (born 2007) 11yrs: players turning 11 (born 2006) 12yrs: players turning 12 (born 2005) 13yrs: players turning 13 (born 2004) 15yrs + under: players turning 14 and 15 (born 2002/03) 17yrs + under: players turning 16 and 17 (born 2000/01) Senior: players turning 18yr + over (born 1999 or before)
At a club level, we place individual registrations into teams according to their age and registration preferences. In age groups 10 years and older (competition), where there are enough players for two or more teams, players will be graded to create teams. To understand how grading works please have a read through our GPCCNC Grading Policy as it outlines the process and how we grade players at a club level. If you have any questions regarding grading please contact our Coaching Convenor, Beth Atkin at
[email protected] Based on the 2016 registrations and teams it is likely that the following age groups will need to be graded: 10 years, 12 years, 13 years, 15 years and under, and 17 years and under. The GPCCNC grading sessions will be held in Week 2 of Term 1, on Tuesday 7/2, Wednesday 8/2 and Thursday 9/2 at GPCC from 3:30pm. After our second registration event on 4/2 we can finalise the teams that need to be graded and notify families with details of what grading session they need to attend.

UNIFORMS Blow the whistle! Interested in becoming a netball umpire?
NEEDED Have a uniform that is too small but is still in good condition?
Simply pop the clean uniform into a zip-lock bag and leave it t the GPCC Office marked ‘Attention: Mrs K Paterson’ along with your name and contact phone number. The Committee will then include these in the ‘Uniform store’ at the 2017 GPCCNC Registration days.
Yes! Then sign up for accreditation and training through Netball Australia, learn the rules, grab a whistle and get out on the court! GPCCNC coordinates umpires for all of our team’s games at Adcock Park. We are currently seeking new umpires to train for the coming season. Anyone can become an umpire - mums, dads, sisters, brothers, high school students, grandparents! Second-hand uniforms sell for $40 a set To find out more about how to become an umpire ($20 individual items) and you will recieve $30 and what’s involved contact our Umpire Convenor per set with a $10 donation going to the Club.
