Free ($5 Administration Fee Per Patient) $15.00
One month to 18 years free age-appropriate immunizations. Children six months to six year free hemoglobin and lead screening. Comprehensive history and physical exam, height/weight, blood pressure, urine, developmental screening also available.

NOTE: Children with insurance that pays for immunizations should contact the Vigo County Health Department at (812) 462-3431 who can do the same as the pediatric clinics but the VCHD also will soon be able to bill your insurance if it pays for immunizations. You can also contact your primary care provider.
