MBCC is an intentionally multi-cultural church & welcomes and celebrates all languages & cultures. 我们是一个多元文化的教会,欢迎中国朋友参加. どの国の方も大歓迎します。 If this is your first time worshipping with us, please go to the Welcome Corner after the service. We have a small gift for you & will gladly answer your questions about our church. If you would like to hear a Chinese or Japanese translation, please ask for a headset.

A Word from the Pastor We warmly welcome Dr Merv Coates who is preaching about a famous statement of Jesus about the foolishness of gaining the whole world but losing one’s soul. I am reminded of what Jim Elliot said, “He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose.” Jim Elliot was only 28 when he & four other young missionary colleagues were killed in 1956 by Auca (Waodani) Indians in the Amazon jungle of Ecuador. They gave their lives trying to bring the Gospel to the Waodani. Today many Waodani are followers of Jesus Christ.
