2016 CSE Meeting Details ARTBA Chapter Executives: Our 2016 CSE Summer Meeting will be here before we know it, so we encourage you to register and reserve your hotel room today! This year’s meeting will take place August 22-24, 2016 at the Four Seasons Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri. We will commence with a welcome reception on the evening of Mon., August 22 and will adjourn by noon on Wed., August 24. Our annual meeting is your opportunity to meet with peers from ARTBA chapters across the country! We will discuss federal legislative and regulatory developments, developments in state funding and association management issues.
