2014 Holiday Art Fair and Bazaar Friday, December 4 and Saturday, December 5, 2015 The Unitarian Universalist Church will be holding the 58th Holiday Art Fair and Bazaar on December 4th and 5th, 2015. We invite you to apply to the Art Fair section of this event! There will be room for 30 artists in the Meeting Room and the hallway of the church. There will again be the famous Cookie Walk, Gourmet Gala, Book Sale, White Elephant sale, and delicious soups and sandwiches for sale. Booth spaces will be approximately 9 ft. wide by 6½ ft. deep, with some slightly larger where possible. There will be electricity available in every booth. All artists must provide their own display except for chairs, and no work may be hung on the walls. All artists should provide their own extension cords and lighting fixtures. The hours will be Friday Dec. 4th from 10-7 and Saturday Dec. 5th from 9-4. Set up will be Thursday evening from 5-9 p.m. and Friday morning from 8:30-10 a.m. There will be coffee and doughnuts for you on Friday before the show opens, and coffee on Saturday. BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS ARE FINAL. ELIGIBILITY ALL WORK MUST BE MADE BY THE EXHIBITOR AND MUST BE ORIGINAL. No work that has been imported, nor made from commercial kits or plans will be considered. All applications MUST be accompanied by a CD (no photos) showing three images of your work to be shown at the fair. Participants will be chosen by quality of work, originality and for show balance. Suggested art forms include fiber, clay, wood, glass, jewelry, leather, photography, painting, basketry, and mixed media. Applications must be received by September 1st.
