If a holiday falls on Saturday, it is normally observed on the preceding Friday. If a holiday falls on Sunday, it is normally observed on the following Monday. Contract employees are to follow the Holiday Schedule of the contract on which they currently work, which may vary slightly from the schedule reflected above. Full-time employees are eligible for paid holidays upon the first day of reporting to work. All employees must work their scheduled workday before and after the holiday (or floating holiday) in order to be paid for the holiday, unless prior approved Paid Time Off (PTO) from management or contract deviation is authorized. **JLMI will comply with the provisions set forth within the Service Contract Act (SCA) of 1965 guidelines and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) as applicable.**
