Territory) Order (CAP31) Requirement: Article 79 – Mandatory Reporting (Schedule 15 (14)) General Exemption Mandatory Reporting – Specified reportable occurrences, time and manner of reporting and information to be reported 1.
I, Marlon Orr, Head Flight Operations and Flight Crew Licensing Inspectorate of the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority, being a person authorised in that behalf by the Minister under the Civil Aviation (Amendment) Regulations, 2007, by virtue of the Article 87 of the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order (CAP31), hereby exempt: (a)
All persons from the above provisions of the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order to the extent that: (i)
provisions of Annex 1 and 2 of DIRECTIVE 2003/42/EC Regulation on occurrence reporting in civil aviation shall apply in regards to the occurrences to be reported by the relevant persons; and
(ii)
the manner of reporting shall be as per the relevant and specific Occurrence Reporting forms as notified and made available by Safety Regulation of the Authority.

This exemption becomes valid as of 18th March 2013

This exemption cancels Exemption GEN-2013/03/001 dated 13th March 2013.
