Dear Mr. Lerczak: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) have reviewed the "Spartan Technology, Inc. Former Coors Road Plant Remedial Program Revised pages for the 2009 Annual Report" submitted by S. S. Papadopulos & Associates, Inc. (Papadopulos) on behalf of Spartan Technology, Inc. (Sparton) dated September 14, 2010. EPA and NMED issued comments on the 2009 Annual Report in a letter dated August 30, 2010. The revised pages submitted by Sparton Technology, Inc. adequately address the comments from EPA and NMED. The 2009 Annual Report is hereby approved by EPA and NMED.
