Inlet Filter, Ducting & Silencer Project Profile This project requires us to design, fabricate, deliver, and install, an Inlet Air Filter House for addition to an existing GE Frame 5 Turbine System. Moran Iron Works, Inc. is also providing on-site labor and equipment to remove and transport the Inlet Ducting Modules to our shop for repair. Includes removing and replacing deteriorated structure and sheeting, installing new insulation, sandblasting, and applying a (2) part paint system to interior and exterior of the Inlet Bell, Duct Transition, Duct Elbow, (2) Duct Wing sections, and a Roof Panel section. We also re-

moved Inlet Silencer Baffles, removed and replaced deteriorated structure, sheeting, perforated metal materials, screen, and insulation as required on Silencer Baffles and Silencer Casing sections, sandblasted and applied the (2) part paint system to the interior and exterior of Inlet Silencer sections. Moran Iron Works, Inc. will also provide on-site labor and equipment to transport modules back to the project site and reinstall on the existing unit.

Project Complete! Over 300 tons and completed in under 21 weeks. The project required us to fabricate (15) Pulse Jet Baghouse Modules, with hoppers and tube sheets, install free issue pulse piping system, and the exterior of all components were blasted and painted.
