Eat high iron food every day

Anaemia is not having enough iron in your blood It can make you feel tired.

If children are anaemic it can be hard for them to do their school work.

Eat food, which help iron get into the blood, every day It can make you feel like not eating.

There are many reasons why people get anaemia

What can I do?

Malaria and worms

Not having enough high iron foods.

Keep taking the iron medicine.

Drink no more than 3 cups of tea a day.

Give the baby some food from 6 months of age.

In babies, not eating food from around 6 months of age.

Being pregnant and breastfeeding for a long time.
