DAY 4 Affirmations: 

I am more than my physical body, capable of perceiving dimensions beyond the physical existence. I have the ability to leave my body, return safely and remember it.



Throughout the day I conduct reality checks. Is this real? Am I dreaming? When I drink something, I check. When I start talking to someone, I check. Is this real? Am I dreaming? I recall my lucid dreams as readily as I would remember waking life. I am constantly checking reality.

Mind Taming Exercise: Energy breathing: Sit and relax. Close your eyes and clear your mind. Do the breath awareness exercise and imagine the air you are breathing IN is brightly coloured energy of your favourite colour. Imagine the air you are breathing OUT is a murky Grey, full of toxic waste. This is a purification exercise. It stimulates your chakras into absorbing energy on the inhale and getting rid of negative energy on the exhale. Mind Split Understanding: What are the chances that you will feel the exit symptoms but remain in your body? Maybe your astral body is cruising around the room and you aren't aware of it.
